Hi,
Any alternative to mine BTX on suprnova, they fees are crazy high.
ty

Try https://www.bitcorepool.cc/
I started BTX mining on suprnova and this pool gives me more than 10% bigger reward (for the past week)

Do I have to wait 1 week for payout or they pay everyday with min of 0.1 BTX?

Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme Edition
Is the fastest.
There are no fastest 1080 Ti cards out there, other than the reference (and maybe MSI Armor) all 1080 Ti perform ~ the same. Pascal cards don't overclock nearly as much as the previous gen, and countless tests showed that it doesn't matter which card you buy as long as the cooling is good. It's all down to the silicon lottery, the most basic cheap 1080 Ti can get to a higher clock/voltage pair than the most expensive one if it happens to receive a better chip (which is random for the most part). Not only all those extra phases don't help with overclocking (since nvidia has nerfed it at some very moderate level), none of it really matters for mining where you tune the card for some kind of optimal hash/watt/$ ratio and I don't think there's many miners out there that run their Ti's at stock or higher than stock voltage. No one runs their 1080 Ti cards just the way they are out of the box (except total noobs, I guess), so the stock clocks just don't matter.

Yiimp, Umine, Coin-miners. Fees can be as low as 0.5% (on Umine). I didn't make a comparison for BTX but in the time of signatum mining I was getting 10-20% more on yiimp compared to suprnova.

Will soon have an FTW3 Hybrid and will try to compare it with the SC2 to check this theory of mine. Smiley

Cool so waiting for your test

Yep I noticed bad reviews on Amazon and Newegg like misaligned fans and disputable quality control. It should be top of line product but maybe Zotac rushed it into market.
It's not about the fans and quality control, all vendors have these kinds of problems from time to time, and amazon/newegg users are way more likely to bother leaving a negative review when they're not happy than a positive review when they are. The main issue with the Zotac's 1080 Ti AMP Xtreme is the bad design of the cooler. They decided to cool the VRM area with a separate small radiator that doesn't touch the main large rad in any way. And for a card as power-hungry as 1080 Ti it means that the VRM gets super hot. Considering how large the main rad is and how they could cool the VRM so much better if they'd bother to design the main rad properly (so that it touches the VRM, just like other vendors did, or is at least covered with a large baseplate that dissipates heat better) it's just bad design, plain and simple. The gamersnexus' review explains it all in detail, there's both an article and a video with pictures and temp measurements.

Very good point to touch. Thanks for the feedback.

Which model of 1080ti is the best?
I think about palit 1080ti palit super jetstream.
The best 1080 Ti cards are probably the watercooled ones. Both EVGA's SC2 Hybrid and FTW3 Hybrid are alright. There are also cards with full cover blocks out there, if you have a custom loop — at least EVGA, MSI and Zotac sell some. Out of the air cooled ones Palit are pretty good, although I don't think they're the best. Asus Strix seems to be a good one. The 3-fan FTW3 is pretty good. I don't like the 2-fan EVGAs (got the regular SC2), their cooling is not very good. MSI Gaming cards seem to generally receive good reviews, but I don't have any experience with them. Aorus should be alright (only have a regular 1080 Aorus Xtreme personally, which is a pretty good card, but looking at the reviews they seem to have a slightly beefier cooler on Ti cards).

Is there any better? Having more hash per Watt?
Hash per Watt is a tricky thing with 1080 Ti. With 1070s, for example, the reference cards had higher H/w than many non-reference ones. Especially noticeable with EVGA SC cards which used the reference PCB but put their better ACX cooler on it, so best of both worlds (except the VRM's were pretty hot, especially before they started to use a gazillion of thermal pads on each card). With 1080 Ti the reference PCB cards might be more power efficient as well (not sure about it), but the reference nvidia's cooler sucks and I'm not aware of any of the vendors' cards using the ref PCB with a custom cooler. So, I suppose I actually have no idea which ones are better in terms of H/W. Cheesy I'd guess the "beefier" cards are less power efficient. Will soon have an FTW3 Hybrid and will try to compare it with the SC2 to check this theory of mine. Smiley

any benchmark lyra2z? my 80ti only get 3,1mhs
~3300 is normal for 1080ti with public miners.
But it is too late to mine xzc. Difficulty already raised by 1.5x

For now, like today with sales: RX Vega Liquid is 800USD for me and Zotac GTX1080 Ti AMP Extreme Core Edition is 921USD from local market. Both brand new.
Check a couple pages ago, there's a link to a review of the zotac card. I'd personally stay away from it, there are better designed 1080 Ti cards out there.

Just go to zpool.ca/bench it's a good reference database for pretty much all algos mined by nVidia GPUs out there. I wish there was a similar one for AMD GPUs... If anybody knows of one, I'd be interested to know it.

For Zcash: http://www.zcashbenchmarks.info/

You can find values form both red and green cards.

only?

this what is should have. With public miners at least.

Maybe 3.3 Mhs tops.

Idk but maybe private miners can do some more.
