If i get 1 bitcoin, first i will thank him/her and just hold it atleast until i need the money. I know that the value will increase given some time so holding it is the best decision. If i was given 1bitcoin i invest 50% and the other half i convert it into cash to build a small business to have a daily income 
This would be one of the best gift i'll ever receive. If i'll be given 1 bitcoin, i'll probably hold on to it for a while, thr value might rise a bit higher so by this i could exchange it for a bugger amount. Though it is a gift, it wouldn't be put to waste if i'll invest it for a while. I guess the person who gave this will be happy if he/she will know that i changed it to an amount higher than the price when he bought if.

I will surely keep it. I am not a one day millionaire. We must use every money that comes to our hand in smart way for we have no regrets after all. I am not saying that we should not ever spend our money in our wants. It is alright to spend for it but not always.
I think holding it, investing is the best option to come to, but I think if I have some important matters to used for that bitcoin as a gift for me then I will used it but I will left maybe a half for it. Joining also in an ICO that has a potential that will grow in the crypto world then that is a good option also, the worst to that is if you gamble it online, it has a low chance that it will generate or maybe it will be gone in an instant if you're a greedy gambler.
1 BTC is more than 4000$ can start my own website and sell services for 1000$ , convert other 1,000 $ to other coin and save other 2000$
woowww I would be very surprised to get a prize of 1 BTC and 30% I will make cash and 70% again I save as a savings to be sold when the price has increased, and to someone who has given a gift I will say many thanks for his kindness and praying that the bitcoin given can increase and benefit all of us.

wow .. get 1 BTC for free? I invest 50% and the rest I disbursed to buy a home for parents. Bitcoin price today is quite high, 1BTC can satisfy the thirst of someone. hopefully Bitcoin always triumphed and can improve the economy in this difficult time, where workers are replaced with robotic power and more efficient engine. 
I will hold it and looking for chances to make more money from it, maybe I am going to used it for trading and investing, but for sure I won't sell it unless I need money, Bitcoin itself already a good investment, by holding I will got a lot of profit in the future
Am I dreaming! who would be that generous man/women giving me such amount. A 4500$ amount of bitcoin as a gift for me will be the most memorable day of my life, if it comes is a big question to be answered by that someone. In our currency that's approximately 200000 pesos, I will buy a car or "jeepney" immediately for ive been wanting to brought one for business purposes. If it is mine i will hold it till the price gets double or triple of its price now. Or just hold it as an asset.
It is such a lucky human being to get devoured by 1btc. Since it took a lot of different processes as staking or mining,and got a bit challenged by signature campaigns. That goes for the lucky one

It's unfair to say that I'll hold it and wait for a better price. You must add a scenario for it because most of us here knows the value of bitcoin and keeps on increasing. If I'm a person that has less knowledge about bitcoin then I'll sell but if that was given to me and I have a little bit of knowledge about it, then I'll hold and keep it for better higher price.
