The problem in my opinion is that users are looking at what has happened in the past and not checking what is happening now.
It is enough for someone to write that there is something wrong and in a moment several other accounts appear screaming the same without even checking if someone is telling the truth. Anyone can create a new Bitcointalk account and write whatever they want. Before we support someone, we should check if he is telling the truth because it can be simply a troll.

I also have the idea that a lot of people are wrongly chasing 1xbit. While the complaints to this casino are neither reasonable nor well-founded. Always the same complaints about table tennis, books have already been written about it that it is cheated. 1xbit has spent more than 100,000 $ on campaigns, they have more than enough money and if players win fairly they will be paid out for sure.

I understand that wherever money is concerned, emotions and frustrations can be huge and not everyone is able to handle controlling them.
However, at this point you are trying to justify someone accusing company of scam without good cause.
Account has been blocked due to a ToS violation.
Reconsideration always takes time.
It's not okay to write everywhere about being scammed before getting a reply.

When your fund gets stuck in a scam website, your patience will not work day after day waiting for a response from that website with an excuse. So the victims try their best to find a solution to the problem. When a website treats its customers as irresponsible, it becomes important for that customer to speak out against that website. Because after seeing such posts, many new gamblers will be able to keep themselves safe from this website. So even if you find these posts bad, I think these posts are a positive thing for the community.

What a reputation looks like does not justify someone else being able to lie or take advantage of it without evidence.

BTW - maybe we'll check to see if your account was purchased or hacked in September 2017? Before that date, you seem to have been posting only in German local community. You haven't written a single post in German after that. But it looks like you've learned the Arabic language..

Annoying seeing more and more players getting scammed by this site in various ways. @km1492 should have learnt his lesson a long time ago. Better late than never though.

I don't know how many times I have seen a similar thing happen to all previous victims of 1xbit. You deposit money and lose. All is good, but once you win a bet and try to withdraw. You will be logged, and your account gets locked.

All of a sudden, you violated some terms and conditions that they won't even specify in most cases. Classic 1xbit scam procedure.

But now they lock account and stop responding. Security Department ignoring my messages ( when im write from different email, they responding if they dont know who Im, after they ask ID number and im send it, they again stop responding ).

I'm sorry to hear that, but I don't believe you'll get your money back. This is exactly how these scammers operate. They accept your bets, and if your bet loses, they will take your money. But if your bet wins, they will void your bet by claiming you broke some imaginary rule. Without providing any proof. We've seen this so many times.

I'm afraid that I have read this Words so many times in this thread , in which most newly created accounts(Meaning they are new in bitcointalk) has this same issue , that the security stops collaboration to the players after they attempt withdrawing their money.
I don't know if this needs to be answered because you will receive nothing from the team as there are almost if not more than Hundred accounts here that ask the same questions.

I am new here on forum and I want to share my problem from 1xbit and hope some support here if works in 1xbit can explain me what is this?

I created account and  deposit  5 times in total amount of around 400 Usdt Trc 20.
First 4 deposits I lost my money and then deposit 5 th time 200 usdt trc 20 and made 395 usdt trc 20.
And I tried to withdraw my all funds to be able to get on my wallet. Was waiting for withdraw request and it not come to me, tried to refresh the page and I was logged out.

I write to security 1xbit email provided from live chat and after some time they said:


"The bookmaker reservs the right to refuse to accept a bet form any individual without a reason. Withcrawal is allowed.

Have you ever seen anyone trying to defend 1xbit Scammers without their paid Campaign participants? They are getting paid to spread lies around the forum. From now, If they get double payment to do further, They will do whatever 1xbit asks. Recently some brand new accounts created scam accusations against 1xbit; later, they said everything is fixed by 1xbit, Which is also shilled.
