The problem is that many people on the forum just blindly write that there are problems with accounts, while they are not familiar with the matter and have not looked for background information. I would also like to know what unresolved issues there are, because as far as I can see and judge, 1xbit has just handled all cases and resolved them to the satisfaction of the customers.

Not all complaints are considered positively. In this forum we can find many examples where users vent their frustrations after losing money or being caught cheating. These are the users who spam the forum and blame the casinos. I think that just seeing such spam @Marvelman might have had the impression that there are many unsolved cases, which is just an illusion.

We cannot help you, you must write email on security Department. When im write emails they dont respond. They respond only on first e-mail, on other emails they dont respond few days.

If your account has been blocked by the security department, you need to contact with them, because support cannot help you. Could you please take a screenshot of the response you received to your first email from the security department? If they replied, it should state the reason why your account was blocked.

1xBit claims that even in situation of a violation of the rules, the deposit can be recovered, unless you have already withdrawn its equivalent from another account. This is not an official way to resolve case like this, so it may take a while, but they should help you.

If you received information that your case has been forwarded to the security team, you will definitely receive feedback after re-checking. Unfortunately, as I wrote before, this is not an official way, so you just have to be patient. Nobody really knows how long it takes, because every case is different.

There are many accusations and you are not doing anything. Only stealing their money day after day.

So far you only refuse to provide any proof. You can not state that players have multiple accounts, with any kind of explanation.
