Could you please give some examples of unresolved cases? Then we can talk about it. Because I have the impression that you have not even checked it, and everything you write is just your imagination.

The problem is that many people on the forum just blindly write that there are problems with accounts, while they are not familiar with the matter and have not looked for background information. I would also like to know what unresolved issues there are, because as far as I can see and judge, 1xbit has just handled all cases and resolved them to the satisfaction of the customers.

1xbit has responded to all requests and issues thus far, as well as taking all matters seriously and handling them. No one has been ignored. That is different with some bookmakers. And yes, it can sometimes take a player to get an answer of 1xbit, but that seems logical to me, doesn't it? 1xbit is a large gambling platform, where many players are active and there is a lot of activity. Then it is logical that you sometimes have to wait a little longer for your response. I don't think the term "ignoring" is correct here. As I said earlier, being a part of this community is my research; otherwise, I would not be here. The opinion of other members (especially those with a good reputation) is more important than any statement made by the casino in question. Your claims are meaningless without confirmation from the other side and and without solid evidence to back up those claims.

All your supporters and shills are making biased statements without any proof, as well. I'm sorry, but how can I believe someone with a proven record of lying and scamming says it's true? I also can't believe what a group of people who have supported scams on the forum in the past say is true, simply because they are paid to do so and involved in the scam themselves.

So yeah, I can make an educated opinion, and so can all the other members whose opinion means something here, and if you don't like that you should leave this forum.

If your account has been blocked by the security department, you need to contact with them, because support cannot help you. Could you please take a screenshot of the response you received to your first email from the security department? If they replied, it should state the reason why your account was blocked.

So the reason for blocking your account is a violation of the terms of service.
1xBit claims that even in situation of a violation of the rules, the deposit can be recovered, unless you have already withdrawn its equivalent from another account. This is not an official way to resolve case like this, so it may take a while, but they should help you.

Lol. Well said. It's possible that the account changed hands. Everything would instantly make sense in such a scenario. On the other hand, if it didn't change hands, he is clearly trying to join their campaign.
