If you already know the reputation of the 1xbit site which is full of negative feedback, you ought be able to stop betting here, I don't want to put your mentality down, but from the experience and complaints of users who are victims of 1xbit here, everyone says that they lost money and even continue to do various ways to get their money back but all failed.

Looking at the images you posted it seems the 1xbit scammers are using their ToS as an excuse to withhold your funds. I think they will not let you withdraw your funds because this a trend and normal practice that the 1xbit scammers employ in order to steal from their customers.

You really should have carried out research online browsing for information about the company before you sent them any funds. Sorry but it looks as though your funds will not be returned to you... if you take a look at the other scam accusations you will understand why.

I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.

They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Does it really need some proof? I dont think it would be that needed on just basing up on their current reputation then you could really think off that they are trying to fake up reviews
and make out some five star positive feedbacks just for them to look good specially into new gamblers who do able to read it up.Its good that Trustpilot had noticed this
shady behavior which if these users dont post up userID's or something then feedbacks could easily be faked out which it isnt surprising.
