Honestly, I'm a bit confused with all this I have read here. I did my own research and found out that 1xbit offers comfortable conditions for me personally, but the number of accusations is too high. On the other hand, most of them look like they were written by one/two persons with slight changes in their stories. I'm looking for a bookie to play. I'm not a seasoned gambler/better and I know that I will have more losses than winnings for sure. But if they block accounts and prevent clients from withdrawing money, this is not what I'm looking for.

I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. Yes, this is what they do in all casinos and bookies. If your account is closed by violation, they will give your deposited money back. If you have a double-account accusation, this is another situation (they will see whether you have withdrawn money from the second account or not). What makes me sad is the shadow black marketing strategies and practices that I can clearly see here. The forum is not the source of truth anymore... it is sad...

Sir, I dont have another account and this is mu first account oppening on 1xbit. Never withdraw any money from my account and also i dont have  more money from my deposit. I have  241usdt on my account and my deposit is 250. How thre is violated rules when i make account deposit money and bet. they in any momeny log me out and dont give me to login and dont give me money.

I think this is the way it goes with each and every bookie/casino around. Once they gave the answer, they will not repeat it many times. When the case is closed, the case is closed. The problem is that we can learn the truth neither from 1xbit, nor from those guys posting allegations here. We can listen to both sides, but who can guarantee that they are telling truth and in full amount?

Even if you have violated the rules of terms and conditions, according to the support declarations, the deposit should be returned to you. From what I noticed, it is not returned only if someone earlier withdraws the equivalent from their other account. Are you sure you haven't used a different 1xBit account in the past?

I have never received such a message. The only thing that comes to mind is that you have chosen some cryptocurrency where deposits are currently not available.

That's a nice prize pool. We also cannot rule out the possibility that such a connection exists between all new accounts posting here about their "loss". It's the same story every time, and it's all new accounts complaining. That becomes too obvious in the long run. I haven't seen any complaints from users who have been on the forum longer or who rank higher. It's always the newbies who are complaining for vague reasons. At least you understand what you are saying here? check the last 10 pages of this thread and you will find how the team engaging in every issues meaning you need to understand that the 1xbit team will either deny answering you at any case or will  accused you of being cheater .
that is same scenario that happens here for the many months that i am visiting this thread.

Well contacting the admin will be the professional way to reach out for any complaints but the question is will the admin attend to the user complaints and solve the issue well I have seen the replying to selected complaints but the number of on attended issues is quite high, most times they just avoid solving and resolving players complains.
Just try your luck maybe the admin will eventually answer you.

No need to shout it out loud because we already know how shady the behaviour of this casino. I do not get it why you are showing your account id if you know that they are proven to be a scam? Are you hoping that your money will be returned by them? Or do you want someone to check your account on this site to know that you are really a player of this casino?

I think no need for that because that place is too risky. You deposit 3k euro and ended up withdrawing less than that, what was your goal gambling in the first place? Only to check the site? But, you could have deposited less if that is only your intention. You should never deposit huge in any site that your not familiar with.

Try PM the 1xbit_official account. Not sure if that will help but they seem to be quite active on the forum.

Anyhow you should know that they have a pretty crappy reputation and probably should have avoided them in hindsight. But no point in sulking now.

Just keep trying to reach their support and hopefully you guys can reach a settlement.
