If you feel the user is just spamming you can simply ignore the user permanently so you don't get notify when the user post here, I have observed the user for over some time and I have placed that user on my ignore list. The admin always respond to legitimate complains and have tried to always solve them.

Yeah ignore button is just a click away so you cannot find the post again from that account.

But what i see here is that He is not contented in the answer of the team so he keeps bumping His issue , but Yes this has been what the answer of the team for long now and yet no one is accepting that answers.

Hoping that one day there will be enlightenment from the team and also for the complainant .

- spam - check history of posts of this accounts
Spam that they make everyday from around 10-15 accounts makes it seem like there are hundreds of complaints, and in fact, it's just the same complaints coming in over and over for months.

I think that some time ago, someone found a way to cheat 1xbit (later maybe sold that method to others). 1xbit has improved security and is now better at catching cheaters.
Note that when cheater is caught, his deposit is returned, so he don't really lose anything. He just sets up a new account and tries to cheat with this same money again, but anyway he can accuse bookmaker.. It makes that with every new account he can make new complaint.
The problem for the cheater is when 1xbit discovers that this is his new account and he already withdraw equivalent of deposit from his other account.
1xbit does not want to show evidence of how detected cheaters, so as not to simplify bypass security for them.
Scammers are angry that they have been caught and they don't even know how, so they attack 1xbit with complaints out of anger. (or maybe because they can not sell anymore their method of cheating)
These are just my assumptions, but after about 7 months of observing this thread, I am firmly convinced that I am close to the truth.

Edit. NOT ALL complaints are made by cheaters! However, in my opinion, most come from them.

If the player loses their deposit, then 1xbit doesn't return anything. If the player wins, then 1xbit steals the winnings and returns the deposit. That's why they have one of the worst reputations in crypto gambling.

If 1xbit left a line up too long for table tennis match, they should void those bets. Only those bets. A player betting on a line that was left up too long does not entitle the sportsbook to any of the players money, other than the winnings from that specific bet. No other bet outcome is involved. Voiding other bets because a table tennis line was left up too long is stealing.

It's a completely anonymous Casino. 1xbit has no right to take funds from an anonymous account because they suspect someone they banned is behind it.

You can't even ban players or multi accounts from a fully anonymous casino. You can close accounts, but you can't ban individuals, since it's anonymous. Even if you suspect two accounts belong to the same individual, it doesn't matter, you're a fully anonymous casino. In the end all that really matters at this point is they are continuing to take money from players without the players losing it by wagering. I agree, but if my theory is true, it would mean that the cheating process has been going on for many months. We don't know what methods 1xbit have to connect accounts. I suspect these are better and smarter ways than we think. We will probably never know that, and it means that we will probably never come to an agreement. It all depends on who you believe.

However, the examples of cheating that I was able to detect more and more confirm my version.
