Hello 1xbit official,
I created yesterday account on 1xbit, and bet on my account, then the withdraw option has been disable, and it said not available options to withdraw some of my money on the account.
Then I wrote email to security because of this problem.
They said "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
After that I tried to login to my account but it said incorrect username or password. I am scared about this because is scam, and I have 460 usdt to account.

I write to many emails but no one responding and also I cannot still login to my account to withdraw my money!
Is this any kind of scam or you can resolve this?

1xbit is totally trusted site for me now.  There is no issue in their withdrawal and if you are not a cheater, you should have no problem in getting the withdrawal.
The problem is that few gamblers cheat the site by making multiple accounts and other fraudulent activities, and later blame on the site.

They don't have to be lucky even if they are scammers. The deposit is refunded by 1xbit platforms to everyone. The only situation a deposit is not refunded is if you have previously withdrawn from your account (or from several accounts if you have more than one) more than you deposited before.

Oh 1xbit really owe to you 0.55 bitcoin? If yes, then how you think that they will give you that amount. I don't think you get 1% of the amount? As they are proven scammer give up the fund, there is no way you can recover it. But if you have any legal way to take action then you may.

This place should stop doing marketing and should stop showing us some promotions because in the end we are talking about literally not something that people want to see. Sure you might be doing marketing when you are a regular casino however this place is not something that everyone sees as something "normal" right now, they are seeing it basically as a scam and at this point marketing will not recover that.

What 1Xbit owners should be considering as something serious is basically just recovering from the current situation they are in right now and that should be the main topic. I am not saying that do not focus on anything else, but if you do not try to fix all these complaints then you are not going to be getting some customers mainly by doing marketing. Maybe in some other place, but definitely not at bitcointalk that is for sure.

Please get your shit together and your facts straight. I have NEVER given a "red trust" to any 1xbit campaign participant on that basis.

1xbit has a yellow flag now, if people support my flag it wil be red flag.
They scammed me and they refuse to pay me, so the least I can do is keep people warning here about their scam activities.

There is no point for a company to close winning accounts just because they win, and provide a refund - any account wins sometimes. And if a player wins - he is likely to bet again.
As you could have noticed in our tournaments, most of the winners has account numbers that starts with 1 and 2, when new account are already generated with number 3. Accounts are generated in sequence and counted in millions already.

In addition - there are proofs of way higher withdrawals than 0.55 BTC.


This user was paid out and should have recorded his withdrawals on his other accounts too.

What happened:
I have an issue with the 1xbit.com website. My account had a balance of over 190 mBTC (or 0.190 BTC) when I noticed it went to zero. I contacted support via chat and they told me not to worry that they were facing technical issues and they would fix the issues in my account right after that:

After that I requested my account to be blocked until my funds be restored. I only got a message from Security department stating this:

I tried to contact support via live chat and e-mail numerous times, but they simply refuse to solve this issue. Also, I contacted the 1xbit_official account, in of one their recent topics they claimed that they would resolve any issues, but he is avoiding to answer what happened to my account and why didn't I got my deposits returned.
Security department refuses to answer me at all. I'm trying since june with no answers so far.
