You can see that the bet is live where players play on that live game second set, and on picture you can clear see my betslip 21845805525 that it is 12-13 that set already SECOND SET, and it finished 12-14 and my bet won. YOU CANNOT TELL ME IT STARTED, because from the picture MATCH PLAYING, IT IS LIVE on picture peple can see it you cannot LIE THE PICTTURE!!!!!! Stop fake  , stop be idiot, give money to people who win regular and correctly, not be assoles! Stupid company want to steal money from people when win!

This email says that withdrawal is allowed, which already proves that you wasn't scammed.

In addition, you showed on your screenshot that the bets were placed after the game start.
Taking 21845805525 bet in account: on 1xbit starting time was set 00:15 (21:15 for your time zone), but the actual starting time was 00:00. Summarizing these facts, you placed bets on known outcome, your bets got refunded and you proceeded a withdrawal. Where there is a scam?

I will show you how they scamming. This is evidence of my bets, where I did the bet and made screenshot of it before it won, and they made void my win bets, and the lost bets they didnt touch, and that is kind of big scam that you cannot win here on 1xbit website.
And also they not allow me to bet anymore, because ofcorse they made all my bets as void and lost one as regular, and  I have 5 usdt on my account now because of that scam.

How you can tell me that I open casino, when I bet on live table tennis and tennis games, and they disable the withdraw option. Then I wtrite to security to tell me why withdraw options no showing, and they told me they close my accoun, without any explanations, nothing. Yes. They are accusing me of a violation of the terms, and do not want to tell which terms are violated. In many other cases, they are proud to tell customers which terms they have violated so they can void all their bets.
But in my case, since its a decent amount of money, suddenly they don't want to give me an explanation. Because there is no. They just do not like it that I won 0.55 BTC and then decided to scam me.

Yes, most of posts are from newbies who created account just here to blame the platform. While senior members here like JollyGood are looking to find some matter like this and start giving negative trust to platform accounts and there supporters. And why 1xbit refuses to solve the case with a mediator from SBR? These mediators are objective.

What you write is not true because you got an explanation - your account was blocked because you violated ToS rules.
You also got your deposit back, which you confirmed yourself. So you can not say that you didn't get your money back.

Think about what you would do if you had trouble logging in, or if anything weird happened to your online casino account. I would write an email to support and sort it out with them.

Here, in all cases, the scenario is the same: opening a casino account, cheating attemt, blockade, immediately opening a bitcointalk account and accusing of scam.

As for me, it is a constant attempt to cheat the casino and, if caught, accusation of scam.

I hope that 1xbit support will finally reveal all the details and prove that it is an organized action.
