No payment methods? I guess this is simply one of their strategies to scam their gamblers which is why your money is most probably gone. They will give some random excuse later on trying to justify themselves.

Tip: Open a scam accusation against them if they don't allow you to withdraw your funds.

On their website or this forum, their representative has still not stated the name and address of the person or company that owns and operates 1xbit.

It is very difficult to believe anything their representative here posts. There are 115 pages in this thread and nine pages in this thread where they claim they are trying to sort out problems but they have not really done much.
