Accept it mat , that you are already part of the scam victim of this site unless you are a shill account like the one on the top in which pretending to be a Solve case when the truth is he is part of the team in which trying to bait people saying 1xbit is a legit and functional site in regards to the issues but the truth is they are not and what they do is luring players to deposit but in time of withdrawal , Boom you wont get your funds because you are another one who bites the dust in their scam site.

If you are not part of the team, then let the support or the official representative here answer these issues if they are not good at defending themselves on the many accusations how can you, when you are just wearing their ad in their signature, don't go extra miles it's hard to defend a project who is not good in solving issues, if this is a reputable casino I can vouch and ask for patience but unfortunately they are not.

If you sign the associated addresses for the transactions to prove you are the one who received 10 BTC from the 1xbit scammers the negative trust will probably be removed.
 

More TOS related excuses. Do you have any idea how foolish you seem right now? 1xbit probably scammed the guy or he cheated and is whining since he got caught, but I am betting on the former.

Your money is most likely gone at this point. The 1xbit team will keep providing different excuses over time. You should have done your research before investing here.

The first and second requested proofs were not delivered by you. As for the third, you did not provide because claim you do not know how to sign a wallet?

So you have no proof you sent any funds from a Bitcoin wallet you own to the Bitcoin wallet of the 1xbit scammers which can be seen on the blockchain with a transaction id?

And you have no proof you received 10 BTC in a Bitcoin wallet you own which was sent from a Bitcoin wallet owned by the 1xbit scammers and be seen on the blockchain as a transaction with a transaction id?

I am not a member of the 1xBit team and I cannot help you in solving this case. I just have their ad in my signature. Soon someone from the support will answer your post and help you explain it. I wrote about breaking the rules of ToS because such information appeared in the email from 1xBit. So I wonder how these rules were broken.

What rules broken? You are total broken in your mind.
I have bet regular on your website, win little , and you blocked my account.
And OK! You blocked my account, you can take the winnings, but on your terms and conditions is writen you giving the deposited sum of money to costumers if you think winnings are unregular.
In my case, tehey are regular, and you can see from my pictures. YOu are total wrong But if you want to take my winnings, TAKE IT! But give me my deposited money because they are my lst money in my pocked!!!!!

I wonder what terms of the rules you broke. Wait for someone from the support to reply to your post. They will definitely help you clarify this case or at least should tell us which poin of ToS you broke. It just takes time, so you will need a bit of patience.

Hello to all on forum. I want to tell you that 1xbit.com is biggest scam on internet betting, and I am writing you this to take care of it, and not lose your money like me.
I deposited 4500 Tron in currency on day 24.07.2021, i did freaking 5 games bet. Then I I won little like 6000 Tron. Then my account get log out, I thinked this is session time logged me out, but i tried many times with my user and password to login, and it said incorrect, but i save it as txt file and also did screenshot of it.
Ok then wrote to LifeChat, told them I can't login, and they said I need to write to security of 1xbit email and I wrote email., they after 6-7 hours told me this:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Then I wrote emails again to back my money, at least to give me my deposited money, because I saw on forum they back deposited money to client's sometimes. I told them to give me my deposited money, and not give me the winnings on account, because i really deposited there my last money for betting.
Then they didn't respond to my messages. I sent them pictures I did of my account, because It is my first time I did picture of every mu bet.
I will post here all my pictures for my bet, account, deposit and message they give to me, this is total scam and I will activate all internet criminal because of this scam website.
