Being ignored for 15 days when I asked to close my account immediately to the right email? I never received any answer to that email thread. Only to the new one sent on 12 August.

1xbit is negligent not closing my account on my request on 29 July. They didn't even reply to the email so far.

No, I still didnt recover my deposit. My email was sent on 29 July and they only replied to a new email sent on 12 Aug... basically 1xbit ignored my old email for their convenience. I requested them to return the funds I had on the moment I requested the closure and I was ignored once again. Waiting answer from the OP here. He will confirm that my sent email on 29 July had no answer at all. I explicitely requested to [email protected] to close my account as shown on printscreen.
