Interesting questions Chato1977! I must say I didn't notice any new accusation... but still, there're old accusations, from some reputable members of this forum! I don't believe that people from here will let it go just like that... An honest review and signature campaign (with mostly red-flagged members) will not help a lot with that! So does the scamming really stopped or it's just on pause, we will see.
So i assume that they temporarily stopped the victimizing so they will Give way in their Attempt of pretending to be cleaning their name and after that when the issue calms they will back in Business and will victimized Big fishes .
There's no way they clean there messed up reputation because they don't to accept there mistakes and still didn't pay all the funds that they lock due to there accusations without proof. Actually I'm interested to know whether they really know they are at fault because they just ignoring all complaints just like nothing happened.
Indeed the strategy, for now, is to get everyone to calm down reduce the noise, get more good reviews and when it has dried down start again. Unless they go ahead and resolve all the previous accusations nothing here will stop. These kinds of tricks does not work here anymore maybe they worked in the past.
