No.

If somebody wants to serve legal papers to sue 1xbit in Court, what is the name and address of the Defendant (the owner operators of 1xbit)?
You are from what planet? Cause I wouldn't believe you wrote this...totally out of point!
Honestly I respect your good fight to make this forum a better place for everyone,

If you really respect the fight against bad things in this forum then you should not advertising this obvious scam site so don't pretend to be one because you are not.

Calm down boy, I'm not trying to support any team here but it would be very bad if he stops running around the bush looking for how he would complete his weekly posts, using the name of fighting against scam in deceiving us of trying to clean the forum from dirt. Go and check the nature of his post and see for yourself that he has nothing to offer to this forum. I wonder why all his posts is in gambling section and Reputation. Does it means he has no concrete knowledge in the entire Cryptocurrency or trading that he can make posts? Why is it only gambling he knows how to posts?

JollyGood should stop Posting in gambling alone, your pattern of posting is bad...two lines posts. Trust me, the pattern of the account changed sometimes ago...do your research!

Along with scam accusation (which we believe, don't have valid proofs), there are a lot of positive feedback in our contest/review threads.

I asked that question several times in the past but their 1xbit_official account says it is on the website. When I point out that information is not available on the website they ignore me and then the cycle of me asking starts again.

They are not releasing that information because they want to keep it anonymous and anonymous websites are not to be trusted, especially those that have too many scam allegations against them.

What is the name and address of the owner operator of the 1xbit website?

Yeah! It seems that 1xbit is ignoring that question. That doesn't make sense unless they're up to something bad.

there are only 2 annoying institutions that don't like anonymous identities, one is the police and the second is the government

Your argument conflates personal anonymity with anonymous (shell) companies that are illegal in most countries in the world. Besides, I don't understand your point since 1xbit claims to adhere to the law.

Same what I answered to @JollyGood. In my post is nothing about 1xBit service. My answer is only for the accusation that I am 1xBit shill and/or troll because I join their signature campaign.
How does it make you feel advertising a site you very well know is a scam and is still claiming it's victims to this date with all the complaints and proofs available on the web?
How do you even sleep with all the guilt?

Don't deny it, you are a big Shill. You are promoting a company that we all know here is scam.
Quoted from the dictionary

Quote
Shill
1. noun Someone who promotes or endorses some product, service, event, etc., in an extravagant, misleading, or insincere manner in return for money or some other self-interest. Originally referred to someone who poses as a satisfied customer in order to lure other people into engaging in a swindle or con

You also think I'm 1xBit shill and / or troll?
You are literally promoting 1xbit which is why I have no idea why you keep trying to make yourself look clean while promoting this scam site. That automatically makes you a 1xbit shill basically.

Almost everyone here including you are aware of how 1xbit operates and how they selectively scam their gamblers. Stop acting innocent.

You are right, 1xbit are scammers with a disastrous reputation. All promoters of 1xbit in their signature know they are promoting scammers but those that promoted the Duelbits signature know they are dealing with an organisation that is reputable.

Read again what you wrote earlier and my answer.
There is nothing in it about how 1xBit works.
You accused me of being shill and/or troll, so if you think I'm shill and/or troll, you are also shill and/or troll of Duelbits.

Following your way of thinking, if I am a shill and / or troll hired by 1xbit in their signature campaign, then you are a shill and / or troll hired by a Duelbits in their signature campaign. Am I right?
Wrong. 1xbit has been flagged as a scam site for a long period of time while Duelbits is a rising star in the crypto gambling world with plenty of positive reviews which is why your reasoning makes zero sense here.

1xbit signature campaign participants are aware that they are promoting a site riddled with scam accusations primarily for financial gains due to which you guys are guilty too.

If 1xbit resolved all scam accusations like Bestchange etc, it would have been a completely different story. However, that is clearly not the case.

You lie. You wrote the same thing in a previous post. There is nothing on the 1xbit website which shows the name and address of the owner operator.

What is the name and address of the owner operator of the 1xbit website.

LLC name is not necessary for such things.
All required information is available in public.

Of course you're going to say that because there's really no paid bitcoin to reimburse the person, maybe if the one who got paid were to stand in here and say that he/she did receive the bitcoin and can provide the evidence.

Hello, I can confirm that I received a payment for each week in the 1xBit signature campaign in which I met all the required conditions.
Here is link to my address registered in 1xBit Signature campaign spreadsheet: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/bc1qt733kl0lqxztq3l7fxfgtfxnfzhjafms5j0wr2

Not you enabler, it's the 3 bitcoin that was transferred that I was talking about, of course you do get paid, you advertise their site and get more unsuspecting victims.

What do you mean by this? There is no information regarding the legal entity operating the 1xbit.com website.

If, however, you are referring to your 1XBET.com domain, we can find the following:
"All products are jointly operated by Starka Ltd and 1xCorp N.V registered address DR. M.J Hugenholtzweg Z/N UTS Gebouw, Curacao, a company licensed and regulated by the laws of Curacao under Curacao eGaming license No. 1668/JAZ."

Apart from the fact that you appear to be using the notorious 1668/JAZ master license, further investigation of the 1xbit.com domain reveals the following:

https://verification.curacao-egaming.com/validateview.aspx?domain=1xbit.com

It's kind of ironic that you're invoking the law and, at the same time, breaking the law by operating an illegal online casino from an unlicensed domain.   Cheesy

So in case of cheating, you only void the winning bets? If so, the accounts you allow to withdraw the deposited sum, they have no losses at all? xD

Thanks Smiley
