This is the same way Best Change was able to erase their scam accusations, so it wouldn't be bad if we give them a second to rectify their worse.

The scam accusation against Bestchange was solved professionally and the customer got his funds back. But instead of resolving the scam accusations against 1xbit, they are leaving them unresolved with various excuses. If, like Bestchange, 1xbit solves all scam accusations without any excuse, then I will not say anything negative against them in the future but will give positive feedback.

Since their mission here is to rectify their previous scam reports, gamblers need to be cautious.

This signature campaign will mislead the gamblers. So I think gamblers should look at the profiles of the accounts that are participating in this signature campaign. Then they will get the answer, what should they do.

The example of Best Change came to my mind too.
Maybe you don't see that 1xBit is trying to solve old issues because you are very focused on the fact that something bad happened at all. But I understand that because it is natural for everyone who wish good other people.

I joined signature campaign because of three reasons.
- obvious - to earn
- obvious - because here I could be accepted
- because I see an improvement and I see that the owners intentions now looks honest. I belive that they will fix their reputation and it will end up like with Best Change. After all, we would all want it. Time will tell.

This scam mission of 1xbit is not being promoted by any reputed members of the forum.

Of course I can't manage the money of neither the players nor the casino.
I know what happened in the past of 1xBit. But I did a short research and everything indicates that their situation has changed a lot. Their support is very active and it looks like they are solving all issues on the fly. I have noticed that recently they have resolved a lot of complaints from the past. I just understand that reputation can't be rebuilt quickly, but I'm giving them a chance.
I know you defended this site after the marketing campaign took place and did nothing before.

I'm also worried about what @Scamvirus said of course no one will be responsible after the user makes a deposit and later the account is locked it can't make a withdrawal, I'm not sure if 1xbit has made changes gradually but we know that 1xbit has been smudged and it's no longer good to use or promote in this forum, I think some forum members will see the bad reputation of 1xbit, but what about new users who don't know what to do in this forum maybe they will also experience the same rights

In fact I insist I never do anything on 1xbit sites that have a lot of negative feedback.

I wrote earlier about the fact that I got here thanks to their promotional campaign - that's why such campaigns are made for:

It is true that I became interested in the 1xBit platform mainly due to the fact that they launched signature campaign. (Actually this is reason why casinos run promotional campaigns, right?)

As I wrote earlier, I also advise everyone to be careful about money in any situation.

When it comes to the large number of negative opinions, this is why I did my own research on what is happening with 1xBit right now and because I noticed a lot of improvement I decided to give them a chance and joined signature campaign.

If a gambler loses his fund by gambling then there is no problem for anyone. But when a gambler wins, there is something to think about if that platform blocks/closes his account, and what if this platform doesn't return its money anymore? You are advising people to invest according to their ability, well, what will be your reaction when someone will deposit his fund on this website according to his ability and this website will close his account without paying his money? Will you help him get his money back?

The reputation of this website has already been revealed to everyone, now even if someone tries to defend them on their behalf, there will be no benefit. So refrain from putting others in danger for your own small gain.

Is it not in marketing that "no matter what they say, it's important that they talk about it"?
I understand your concern for users money. Thats very noble. I also always advise to invest money carefully and always make own research. Because we have free will and a tool like internet to search for information it should be easy to protect ourself from losing money. But if someone is irresponsible, nothing will change that.

All people should be warned that you never must play on 1xbit.
They are more than just selective scammers, they scam what they can. I was also victim about them in the past.
It should be forbidden that they run a signature campaign.

They are running a signature campaign to scam new gamblers in a big way. This scam mission of 1xbit is not being promoted by any reputed members of the forum. All the accounts of those who have participated in this signature campaign have been involved in various scam project promotions in the past.

So gamblers should be warned more to prevent these scams by exposing 1XBIT scam reports.

Ps. As for my "trust" and Malubit defense, I only did so because they were attacked by paid FUDers. The site was working fine at that time. In the end, I was scammed by them myself. I will not turn back time.

//Why should be asked xbit to close his account while he had pending deposit?
As you have gambling addiction sometimes you have "lucid periods" - I toke that moment to reflect and to request the account closure. It was denied. It was also denied/ignored after the deposit was made.

I am very sorry for your health situation. I've had "weak" times in my life myself.

Unfortunately, closing the account by 1xBit may not be enough. After all, you will be able to create a new account at any time.

It doesn't matter if you have a deposit there or not. I think you should withdraw the money and close the account yourself. Then just try to deal with the problem. If 1xBit will close your account it change nothing, because you'll be able to open account on hundreds of other websites at any moment. You just have to fight it by yourself. Good luck!

Hi, is there any way to prevent gambling addicted players to create new accounts on your website? Can't you block by IP or whatever? Why is there no immediate self exclusion option?

I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting to close my account. I had a pending deposit and it was said they couldn't close my account because of that. They didn't ban me from betting... nothing!
I deposited more to be able to withdraw on 16 April and I request again to close my account - it was ignored.
Now my account was finally closed (yesterday) but I lost much money from 16 April to yesterday.

Is this right? Are you proud of this "player protection"?
I'm attaching exchanged emails to security, support and block.

I'm not part of this casino but I think you are in a wrong position to blame this casino for your losses because they can't ban you from making bets. They have stated that you have pending withdrawal that time you requested it and the second time you ask to close your account is I think the casino's negligence. We gamblers should be responsible for every move we make on casinos and losing money because circumstances like this are not justifiable to blame.
To get it straight, he asked xbit to close his account while he had pending deposit? Then he deposited more to able to withdraw his money? Does that sound make sense for you? Why should be asked xbit to close his account while he had pending deposit? Why not tell them to close while he already withdrew his money?

Hello, gambling addiction health issues work like this unfortunatly. Otherwise I could control myself and simply do not login into my account.

//Then he deposited more to able to withdraw his money?
Yes. I couldn't withdraw my pending deposit and they told multiple times I needed to deposit more to be able to withdraw it.

//Does that sound make sense for you?
No

I did that on 16th April but unfortunatly to me my account was closed only 2 days ago.

I have no words to describe those that are displaying 1xbit signatures for the sake of pocketing some crypto from the scammers, the only word that comes to immediately is 'despicable'.

As for the potential victims, I hope people start reading what is written in this forum before they send any money to the 1xbit scammers and before they play any games via their website.

SCAM ALERT !!

1xbit are known across this forum as scammers. Anybody sending any money to them is at serious risk of losing them.

BEWARE!!
The funny thing is that they even have a lottery, pretty sure that no one is going to win those because either the game is so rigged that it's impossible to win or they will ask you to pay some fees to claim your wins and then block you. Heed @Jollygood's advice and warning if you don't like throwing money in the drain.

It is not possible to close an account if there is money left in the account. What the person experienced was that he had deposited less than the minimum amount so there was a pending deposit. He could have left his account without having to close the account if he didn't care about the money that was previously deposited. If he still wants to close the account he has to re-deposit the minimum amount that has been set there and then make a withdrawal, but he also has to pay attention to the minimum withdrawal amount so that there is no problem again.
