why you don't allow players who got banned to access their accounts ? you can simply just freeze their ability to bet and withdraw but you decide to remove the whole access so they can't share their betslips and expose your BS
Accounts are getting closed only when refund is provided, until then players can use them - it is seen in posts like that:

If we count the other complaints without a sum mentioned - it will be way more than 6 BTC.
You can draw your own conclusions, our campaigns here are to help that.
If you search for other bookmakers complaints - there will be a lot of them for any bookmaker. We can't say if we receive more than others, but we can say that positive feedback will be greeted with hate, and that stops most of the players from doing so. And it is sad to see trusted users make a decision not based on their own experience, but only on concentrated negative feedback.
