That prooves enough that this is just a scam company. They scam people for few bucks only in their signature campaign.

What you failed to mention was quite selective because regarding the accusations made by konabel, you returned the deposits instead of returning the winnings which totalled around 0.5 BTC
There are cases with way bigger sums being paid out. We followed our rules - refund for unfair players. We doubt that there is a casino who wants to let unfair players keep their winnings.

Why is my case still not solved? I still not received the money in my account.
Hello guys, @konabel, your account was accused of breaking ToS and closed on December 28, on that same day the amount of deposited funds was paid to you in full.
It already become pretty clear to me that they are not going to help us. They write the terms are violated, but if you ask any explanation then they refuse to explain.

This is unacceptable behaviour in any walk of life but from known scammers such as 1xbit it is to be expected.
