We gather all the complaints and check them manually, if a player haven't violated the rules - his account is getting restored just like it was in cases 1-4.
Otherwise, we can return player's deposits, in case he didn't receive in an unfair way an amount bigger than his deposits. Which is seen in cases 5-8
