We see that there are a few questions appeared, here are the answers to them:
Sorry but do you really mean this? contacting your support but automatically sending them to your technical/security support in which the answers will come from BOT?
There are real humans working 24/7 in 14 languages, you can check whether it's bot or not by writing a question in the live chat, you don't even need to log in.
ehehe i'm waiting replies from Security Department for over 1 year, sending emails every week with different questions... everything is bad about this brand.
The replies were sent a few times already.
You were attacking security team with different questions, the first of them were answered. After a few repeated and controversial complaints it's not a surprise to stop receiving replies.
