I still havent any answer from Security. No account access. No refund received. I dont know what else I can do

Your only defense is that they are doing a fraudulent act, how do you prove that they are engaging in such act? Do you do this to your other players that wins bigger than you could've expected? You try to freeze their account and accuse them of fraud when there isn't any damning proof.

We only ask for account numbers here, which is not a KYC.

Wikipedia is a free open source database, where everyone can change the text. Such source hardly could be considered as a proof.
In addition, 1xBit has no connections with 1xBet which is seen via Curaçao eGaming license. Evolution gaming is a game provider which provides their services for a lot of casinos, no surprise if 1xBet work with them too.


There are feedback from other player (even on this forum), that 1xBit do pay winnings. Your account was claim violating, thus only the deposited amount could be withdrawn (which have already happened).

Still waiting scammers

Like those mentioned above? they have no issue while playing and depositing but when they Won Good amount of funds the issue comes and they are now being banned and their case was not been addressed .
That's it , like all those BS gambling site promoted here and out , their Players are not encountering anything while they are enjoying the game and LOSING but when Wins come?

If you start winning, they close your account and tell you you have violated the terms.
People who lose did not violate anything of course.

My complaint has not been addressed.

You asked for my account # which I sent you and I have been ignored. My account was closed for no reason other than winning.

At least for one chance we still have to smoke this scammer by doing this, Alerting the community for possible scams and to consider denying even to visit this site is a big help to the whole crypto community as we knew how many gamblers are lurking inside bitcointalk.org and letting them know the possibilities will safe their asses in future.

I am glad you mentioned it because those tactics are synonymous with the majority of gambling and gaming website that invoke those clauses in their ToS  in order to keep open the options for selective scamming.

These guys have smoked something that left them stoned forever but in a bad way. They ask you KYC for whatever reason they want, especially they ask you when you win something and/or try to withdraw but when you lose, no, they don't care. Deposit and lose as much as you want, they won't ask for KYC.

Bitcointalk is a huge archive and it's pretty known how frequently you were asking for KYC for no logical reason. But you want to keep anonymous for players and prefer to operate from shadows, great. After these, I have no idea why anyone still uses your website.

There are "nice" things written about 1xbet on wikipedia (1xbet and 1xbit is the same company, don't even try to deny this, I know your contract with Evolution: ))

There is no information. No serious business will hide owners names from public view except scammers.

The support team doesn't have access to the funds and violations committed. As for the funds - the balance can be changed in case of odds recalculated, which means that the player received funds in an unsportsmanlike way.


The reason of a ban is stored in our security team, a player can ask for it via the email: [email protected]
Marketing team have no access to this information, thus we can't post it on forum.

And once again, security can indicate the point of our ToS, but won't tell the exact reason due to safety of the company and its users.


Bumping this thread and saying that there is a proof of 1xBit scamming activities except words is defamation.

There are complaints, and they are similar to the complaints in neighboring threads, but due to long silence on the forum, new complaints are snowballing with the old ones, which are can't be proved of being resolved since the user is no longer active.

Paying wins to violating account is not a solution.


There are a few people who keep on filling this thread with the same complaint, which we believe is already resolved.

If we let it die because it got locked, that means that all the other threads that OP is going to make is immediately deleted and with their Original thread being buried by other legitimate threads then they will fade into obscurity, I don't want to fight a battle where there is a one solution but we don't choose it just to continue fighting.

If you think the 1xbit scammers will address your claims then you are wrong. They are too busy working out ways to continue their scamming.

My suggestion is for all victims to get together and contact the police as a collective so they can investigate. I am sure there are enough victims to make an impact.
