Unfortunately, you won't be able to use this account anymore. That was made to prevent further damage to the company.
They never refund me my deposits. They didn't said aswell that my funds were kept to pay the damages so I'm really being ignored.
At the beginning of our conversation here you were asking to refund your bets because they lost. Since then many different complaints were received from you - some of them were resolved.
But now it seems like you require our answer more than a solution.
So I'm waiting for you to void all bets from the duplicate accounts.

I said I was gambling addicted and I created multiple accounts. I requested you to void those bets because the accounts were duplicates - that violates your terms and conditions as you know very well. The truth is because I lost money you don't want to refund any deposit.
So I requested you to refund at very least my main account that was closed by your security department for rules violation - which you didn't reply so far.
I'm looking for a solution obviously. So far I received 0 in return and you know it. I added the case to my signature.
