We can't block all mentioned accounts by 1 request, that could be done only via contacting our security from each of your accounts.
I understand that and the most of the accounts are blocked after contacting
[email protected]My main concern is to receive the deposits I made as refund.
Per your rules and your usual actions, all players having multiple accounts you cancel all the bets placed. Why is that not happening to me so far?
I have been providing all the required evidences with no answers from you or security department. All the accounts were created by same device using same ip etc. All the funding litecoin deposit methods are the same.
Are you stealing my deposits from me?
My case is different of the most of the players. I can definetly prove that I'm committing fraud having multiple accounts. I can open each account side by side with another and I have all evidence in my possession. I'm wondering why aren't my bets being refunded?
Every time I send that notice to
[email protected] they only limit my stakes and disable the deposit option in each account. They stop answering all my emails and they didn't refund and deposit so far. Neither cancel any bet placed.
I'm not giving up of my money. You can take the money of the main account but not the remaining ones.
