I'm not sure about the scam accusation but I feel safe using hitbtc TBH, maybe because my transactions are just a small amount like $1000 less.
1xbit, I believe still has a lot of gamblers trusting them despite of the scam accusations everywhere, so they would not stop.

not supporting both sites, just sharing my opinion because it's still good to see a site that has more positive feedback than negative, 1xbit seems has a lot of negative feedback here.

But at this forum, their representative was actively listening, so I hope to be able to get my deposit back.

I'm unfamiliar with the site not responding to users whose account are locked which I believe it also a hint that they love to cheat on their users and the only reason why they reply to every claim is because this forum don't support any form of scam.
Having said that, i believe you should know by now that their reply to deposit justifies their unprofessional act and i will advise you to use the reputable gambling site we have on this forum not sites like 1xbit or 1xbet.

Because they are not aware that they continue to be caught in the wrong gambling site, well maybe at first it was given convenience but after that it was complicated by almost a lot of accusations but still many threads about 1xbit's reputation were ignored and in the end they were difficult to withdraw and even disabled.
1xbit and Hitbtc have lots of scam accusations but they go there for no definite reason even though it's clear in this forum they have become shady.

It is true what he says. 1xbit always blocks accounts if a user wins too much money and then indicates the terms and conditions have been violated. they do not provide any explanation and are only out to scam people. A negative trust of -13 also says something.
