I suppose whether they'd let you set up a new account would depend on them and how they reinforce their own rules. If they're damn strict then probably not, but if they're understanding of the situation then they might investigate to confirm the issue with the first account.

I'd suspect they'd do their due diligence, and provide the best for their customers. In case they don't allow a 2nd account set up,, you can always move to a different casino.

Even if you have or you don't have other accounts they really just closed and confiscate your winnings. Based on the number of accusations most of the time that's what they do to their players especially when they are winning big amount.

But my problem is different and they are trying to avoid answering. I deposited 100mbt into their site and luckily increased to 120mbt after 1 week. When I don't want to play anymore and withdraw funds, they say I'm cheating and blocking my account. It is absurd to cheat to only win a small amount of money compared to them.
Okay, I will accept this if they return my deposit, but they lock my account and want to steal my deposit. Is this how they steal money from so many other victims? It doesn't matter if your bet loses, but if you want to withdraw money then definitely not.
