And these people who tried to play on their site aren't reviewing the casino's reputation very well. There are other reviews on the internet also, it's worth checking before playing on their casino, it doesn't consume a lot of time.
I hope the latest issue will be resolved. The past issues also ofcourse.

So I think he is just only a messenger right? Well they made an "attempt" but I don't think they could still fix this problem.
There's a lot of accusation against them and most of the time they would not able to fix those accusation I still wondering how come there's still players playing no their website.

Scam accusations about this sties are everywhere, they came here saying they would solve the problem but it seems like they failed, in fact the new account has even received a negative feedback because people was not happy with their false attempt.
I'm not sure if I read somewhere that they are saying it's under a new management, so those old accusations can't be solve.

looks like the 1xbit support guy ( if he really is...) disapperead from this community...only 1 Reply from him in the last 2 weeks and many unsolved cases...

Dont hope too much as most likely you'll get the same issue as what experienced by other users.
If I have to predict, you'll be accused of breaking their rules (which is the most common used reason by 1xbit to withhold user's money).
Of course I hope I'm wrong with it and hope you'll get your money asap.
If you are lucky enough to get your money, better to leave the site and move to other better sites which has better reputation.

The main problem is that there is no reference material that refers to 1xbit. They are undoubtedly the brother of 1xbet, about which everything is known. Company details etc.
But there is no hard evidence. I also don't really understand how they can keep getting away with this. The site looks very tempting, so everybody can fall for their trap.
In this case mostly members are responsible for this because we all know about this many scams and cheat cases against 1XBit but still members depositing funds so they need to read reveiw before doing any business with them surely going to help them they never replying or giving any update about things happening is really poor from them but members must read and check before going in this trap.But there is no hard evidence. I also don't really understand how they can keep getting away with this. The site looks very tempting, so everybody can fall for their trap.
On the other side xbit team must settle the unresolve problem for users to trust them again. Otherwise its better to avoid this site to not end up having headaches like those gamblers victimized by them. It seems they have no plan to address the issues.

It is too painful to see more and more account reports being closed without any explanation. I think this casino already has a pile of debts to users. If they don't temporarily shut down the site, their load will increase. Op is active right now, hope he reads my suggestion.
Someone must actually come to the headquarters of this casino to demand justice and fight for the victims.
So many cases occur but there are those who are trapped in interest in 1xbit casino why newbie people who become victims whether they are new or old gamblers also need to be questioned, because 1xbit is promoted on this forum a myriad of problems that occur so like me and users others know what is going on here.Someone must actually come to the headquarters of this casino to demand justice and fight for the victims.
Justice needs to be prosecuted because it is the user of their rights because with a large amount of capital if this is not completed, victims will continue to close their accounts.
