I am afraid it is indeed a hopeless mission. They are also not friendly at all on the forum and do not do any way to resolve matters. You depend on them now. There is also no company details available, so I have no idea where to file a complaint.

No one going to help you for this withdrawal because they are scammer and they will never give this amount even they will never give any update about your account what happen why happen you lost this all now try any other site we have some good and reputable sites working here.

He will probably read your private message, but he will not respond. I wonder how that company can survive.

Probably they can't solve the issue because that's a huge amount for them, so instead of replying, they just keep themselves silence.

looks like the 1xbit support guy ( if he really is...) disapperead from this community...only 1 Reply from him in the last 2 weeks and many unsolved cases...

I am still waiting on my 0.5 BTC that 1xBit stole from my account...he told me lately he can help me getting it back but then he quit conversation again...

Guess this is worth a shot here on bitcointalk. I would like to share my totally horrid experience with 1xbit over the past 3 months.

1xbit confiscated my deposit and winnings which should be over .25 btc in September and closed my account. (I can't even login to quote the correct amount). I was banned from login in and I was sent this email when I contacted them to ask about why I could not login:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I have continually emailed them since September and I am being ignored. None of my bets were arbitrage . I went on a winning streak and basically got my account shut down and winnings seized.

No information was provided of how exactly I breached the terms and conditions. Not even any offer of my deposit to be returned was made to me, despite this being part of their Terms and conditions:

"Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:
to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:
all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you  to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account)
At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation)"

I would like to take this opportunity on bitcointalk.org to ask 1xbit to kindly allow me to withdraw my winnings as I believe I have been unjustifiably targeted because of going on a winning streak, and then being prevented from withdrawing my winnings.

I sent a DM to the 1xbit user account on bitcointalk to try to get some help, as I want to get my crypto withdrawn. I will update the thread to share what happens.

i don't think it's resolve now, well i hope this 1xbit will close now there's a lot of people have been victimized by this platform. i also thought they are going to settle or the problems they leave here but turns out it just a show off for users.

They are likely to stop responding at all. Unfortunately we have seen far too many victims of this club lately. Too bad they continue to manage to be online. I am actually curious about their explanation why they just close accounts. They never give an explanation.

I really don't think they will answer to you as you can see how many users they scammed in the past also that's their scheme.
When you one or when you deposit, they will immediately close your account for some kind of reasons.
I don't think they will reply or if they managed to reply to you they will say that they can't do anything on it.

I am surprised they are still operating here. One scam report after another, accounts will be closed if you win too much and still dare to post here.

This is a good thing where 1xbit closes the player's account by returning the funds or not being frozen, actually I haven't had the account been left that long so that in the end it will be deactivated.

Every account that violates the rules will be permanently deactivated, therefore we often see players' accounts that are deactivated, are there many errors in 1xbit?
Or indeed 1xbit is too harsh in drawing conclusions, which results in angry players.

Most of site will close their player account if they found out their player account never deposited or played in the time they think it's too long (each site has their own "time" which they think it's too long and will close their player account). In this case, 1xbit is returned esjohnes's deposit, which the reason either because esjones account didn't active since long time or have broke the rules.

And what could be the reason the account was closed? For God's sake 1xbit please close your website and stop scamming users from time to time. I was wondering why until now you are still running?
