Hello. I have experienced something that never happened in my betting life. I deposited $5000 to 1xbit, lost some there, then started to win some and when site logged me out I had $3111 and $745 in unsettled bets. USDT currency obviously. So operator told me to write to their security team which obviously I did and they came back with this:

I am sorry but I will give any evidence to 1xbit representative if he at least reply to my concern. Anyway, I can post screenshots of my talking with security team and support. This is actually insane. I have no idea what did I do wrong. Playing casino and some bets, even losing some money and still can't withdraw anything of my money. On trustpilot they write they never take players deposits, always refund, actually will put screenshot of this review of some user at trust pilot and their reply:

New victims will almost certainly be created when those intent on wanting to scam (behind a facade of a professional looking website) have an advertising budget for regularly promoting their brand.

With on 1xbit, when you deposit money and lose it, there won't be any “TOS” violated, but make a mistake of winning a huge amount. All of a sudden, your account gets locked, and they say you violated the ToS, which they never even mention.
In other word, 1xbit is designed to make sure a player can never profit from them. If you want huge winnings that you can withdraw. Avoid this scam called 1xbit

1xbit is really a shame to the whole crypto community. With that said it is in every place of the world the sad reality that there are trustworthy companies and scamming companies. Since it is easily visible with a 10 second search on google that 1xbit is a scam I don't feel the "victims" of this scam should complain to much. As it was said before, the community does all it can do to prevent the scam. If there would be a shady casino in real live where there are people in front of the casino that tell you to not get in there since they will scam you, and you still enter than it is somehow your own fault. Especially if you blame those people after that.

Some of us have tried hard to keep the 1xbit scammers highlighted in the forum in order to protect potential victims. I am not sure if there really is anything else that can be done by the community but I completely concur they should be stopped. I said in the past the 1xbit victims should get together for group legal action but nothing ever came from it.

On 3rd of June, 11:00pm UTC i created an account and got my id (several numbers as usual) and created my passport. Shortly after that I deposited 4000 USDT as TRC20 The transaction was credited shortly after i did the deposit.
I decided to bet on WNBA match with odds approximately 1.65 with total amount of 4000 USDT. Important to say that the max amount to bet was around 16,000 USDT so I did bet way lower than max limit.
The match went well and my match was successful and i won the bet. Shortly after I received my winnings (total 6592 USDT) i decided to withdraw whole amount to my TRC20 USDT address. You can see from the screenshots that whole winning amount was credited to my account without any problem. However, shortly after that my withdrawal was declined (no reason specified).
I woke up in the morning (i submitted a withdrawal and went to sleep while the withdrawal was supposed to arrive to my provided address) and realized i dont have the money in my address. Therefore i tried to log into my account only to find out the username and password doesnt work. My account was simply disabled and no reason given.
I then tried to reach out to live support to check what the problem is and how to access my account. I was told to send a message to security department (email) which i did.
After i explained my problem i was told that the company DECIDED TO STOP ANY COLLABORATION WITH ME DUE TO VOLATIONG T&C. No other specifics were given. I was also told (check screens) that i can withdraw deposited amount only (thank god, really appreciate you @1xbit just stole my 2650 usd and not even the 4000 usd deposited).
I tried to find out how i violated the T&C, however no other answers were provided by the 1xbit company. I am sure i havent violated anything. Therefore i consider the match that was in the end voided as a pure robbery by 1xbit and i am ready to take a legal action.
If you want to provide some kind of service you must play by rules and fair. Everyone is your friend (in gambling) when youre losing money. Once you start winning, hidden T&C are being shown to you to excuse any unfair play by the casinos and gambling sites.
I am a witness and victim of this pure steal and robbery and can not this let go without any action. Even if this saves one person from not using 1xbit i will be glad.
Feel free to switch on notifications as i will provide updates whenever 1Xbit answers or about the legal action that will take place.
Same text will be shared on Twitter, Review servers and also will be switched on as Twitter ads to reach relevant audience so more people can stop using this scam service called 1xbit.
If 1xbit decides to reward me and pays what they owe i will update this thread and state that everything has been sorted. Until then, the ads will run infinitely.

I hope he takes your advice about creating a Scam Accusation which would allow the issue to be tracked and also would allow for us all to see what the 1xbit scammers say in response to the accusation.
As for the other would-be users at the 1xbit website I would suggest they also follow your advice about doing their own research before embarking on any relationship with them because in the end they will probably be scammed. They should also take note of the negative trusts and supported flags surrounding the 1xbit scammers.

I opened an account on May 21, 2022 with the numbers: 430546349. I deposited a total of $ 2100 into this account and even though I did not withdraw even $ 1 from my account, I got the information that I just STOLEN my deposit, including all winnings. Please create a full scam report in this board it can be easy for people to keep track of the 1xbit scam. This thread is just for a show, they created this for people to look at it as positive action they made because they want people to believe that they are actively solving issues which exist to on them. But by looking at the number of accusation grow daily we can really figure out that they never been here to fix any issues but they want to continue what currently they do so its not good to trust any cents on this site because this scamming incident will keep growing if there are still people continue to gamble.

I created yesterday account with number 444643921 and it is frozen and locked and I cannot login. I deposited there 800 usdt and bet on tickets and live games. I first deposited 500 usdt and lost it, then i deposited 300 usdt more and won 2400 usdt and then I have been logged out and cannot login because said incorrect username or password.
