1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

It was actually a year, 3 months, and 19days since this thread was created. The hope of the forum user when the casino open this thread was that they have turned a new leaf not knowing they did this just to gain the attention and trust of the people.

More accusations will always come in
1) Until newbies dyor and don't rely on the result of the crypto gambling review site that advertised 1xbit
2) The team behind 1xbit seems to enjoy scamming people

It's been four months since this thread was created and until now the accusations keep coming, same reasons from gamblers after they won they are ban and 1XBIT gave the same reason over and over again blaming players for breaking the rules that they cannot disclose, we'll have over 100 pages on this thread and the issue will still be the same, they cannot change, they will not change and it's their way to make money.

I can pretty much guess what answer these scammers are going to give. 
As for the comparison with other casinos, I would say they are not even close. Most casinos care about their reputation more than anything else. These guys don't.

@1xbit_official, you should be looking at this case. There are no point not to answering it.

It's true for many casino and sportbooks. When you will win big they will start looking for ways not to pay you but keep losing, they are fine. They will not ask for KYC, video verification, IP check and all sorts of high tech things.

I do not think 1xBit will be able to solve any of the cases even if they want. It's all messed up, the old ones but for the new ones they can move forward with case by case basis.

If you had lost the bet, they would be happy to collaborate with you, but once you win a huge amount. That when hell breaks loose. They will suddenly notice that you breached the invincible terms and conditions and your account gets blocked. Once, you make so much noise. They will only send back your deposit which is equal to no work done.

Bottom line, when you use 1xbit, You have way too many odds against you winning a bet and withdrawing your winnings

Hello, I posted 2 posts on TrustPilot but 1xbit replied once, 1 week ago and still I haven't received any reply what about my deposit, so I'm trying luck here.
I see my case is the same as other users, so I'm not surprised. 1xbit say, they don't confiscate users deposited funds, but I am a proof that it not true.

I deposited 0.4 ethereum, won about 0.4, so 0.8 ethereum was at my account, I requested withdrawal and insantly was logged out from my account. Support asked me to write to their security department.
They replied that they stop collaboration with me and have no chance to withdraw my deposited funds!!! JOKE
I sent many more emails, but they stopped replying.
I don't know what to do, I just want to get my deposited funds back.

What is this?1xbit.com Is this any fake website who steal money from people who deposit money? I deposited 650 USDT on my account on 02.11.2021, was betting, then I lost some games, some win, then I tried to withdraw 642 USDT to my wallet, but I didn't get my money on my wallet, also I have been logged out from, my account. I sent email to security of 1xbit, they respond that close my account because some rules are broken, and not giving reason about it. I am sure i have not broken any rules, i have bet live on tennis and table tennis and I have picture from my bets, my deposits and everything. I cannot still login to my account and get my money. Manager1xBit and 1xbit_official have not been active since November 17th. They are never active at weekends, today I don't know why they didn't show up and it probably won't happen today. The week of signature campaign ends tomorrow, so (like every Tuesday) manager will be counting the participants posts. He will definitely contact with you in your case, so don't worry.

Hello to everybody here, and I dont know even where to write anymore, I am starting from here. Because 1xbit scammed me a lot of money, and stole my deposit money, and stole my winnings money. This is illegal what they are doing, and I am so angry. I use this money to win something, and this money are two my salary, two months I am working for this money, and they want to steal this money like that from me?

This video was made before I was scammed. I made a 1xbit.com bet account for the first time and made a deposit of 650.00 USDT. Then I kept betting and won  1248.51 USDT, and I wanted to withdraw some money. Then I saw that option was gone and it said no available options to withdraw.
 I wrote an email to security of 1xbit, they replied that they are terminating the cooperation with me, and they will delete my account. I tried to log in again, but not able, it said i cannot login. I wrote them an email again, why can't I log in, and where is my money? They told me they would not respond to my messages , I sent many emails. they not respond anymore. THey have not even tell me the reason why they not give me to login to my account!
Fortunately, I made this video to prove that these are the biggest scammers in the world, liars who just want to steal your money.
If they not give me my winnings money on my account, or even my deposit,,I will go to the end, through lawsuits, and internet crime europol/interpool. I will report them everywhere! These scammers must be disconnected from the Internet.

And you think you can stole my all money 1248.51 USDT and also my deposit of 650 usdt? Do you know how much money are they? I use this money if i can win something, if lose everything i will not have what to eat. Are you serious with your decision what are you doing to me? Do you have mind?

What? Of course I did some bets. Everyone its not possible to deposit and immediately withdraw. You need to turnover the amount. Just waiting for @manager1xbit to reply here.

A bit big amount of money for checking the system in my opinion, but of course you can do that.

I'm sorry your account has been blocked.
Unfortunately, you will probably have to wait a few days for a response. From what I observed, 1xbit support is not active on weekends.
In the meantime, you can read 1xbit ToS (if you haven't already) and check if you have somehow violated their rules.

I know you can do whatever you want with your money, but can you please tell me why you were withdrawing half right after your deposit?

I did nothing wrong, played Normal, no vpn, no multiple accounts, normal games played, withdrew some funds and immediately account Locked and can?t get access to funds, and yes I wrote to their support, they just ignoring me

It seems that Bitcointalk support sometimes helps to clarify the cases. I do not know if they are able to speed up this process in any way, but as you can see, they were able to help in this case:


I don't know why the account was banned, but it looks like the user realizes that he have violated the rules in some way.

have you contacted their support? they usually log out gamblers that have been banned(or something). you should contact their support on their website to get some answer. if they continue to ignore you I suggest creating a scam accusation with proper evidence so people can decide whether to support your case or not. also, even if their support replied, there is a high chance that you won't get your money back.

anyway, can you think of anything why they would ban your account? have you used a VPN, had multiple accounts, etc..?
