1xbit not want to give me open my account because they blocked when i win something.
i dont know the reason why they refuse to give me my money on the account beted on regular and there is no reason they hold my acount frozen.
This happening from june 27 and account is still blocked. i see so many posts about frozen account and there is no way to get back my funds to me? I really dont know who they block like that and hold the members money. Can someone help with my account to back my money i sent so many emails they not want even to back me email to me Sad i am so sad
i have there crypto in around 510 euro in total. What to do ?! Why they not want to give me money after i win regular and i have never withdraw any money from my account

That's the hardest thing for gamblers to accept it is ok losing our money from our bet but losing it because we are accused of breaking the rules and cheating even though we think we are not, these people do not understand the feeling and the sentiment of their players, they just accused you of breaking rules and there's no explanation on their support, and they always do this they don't care about reputation, they solve some and they ignore many of they've scammed.

it is most likely that their security team deemed your issue as closed. I've seen a lot of people complaining about 1xbit for months and don't really get a response or closure from 1xbit as to why their account was banned, their funds confiscated, or what rules they broke.

I saw some people had their cases solved almost immediately and me waiting so long, I really don’t understand. I believe I won’t see my money at all, but worst thing is i know nothing at all, they don’t want to explain me anything, security team is ignoring me and support team is writing me this:

They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

It's very sad what these scammers are doing to people I recommend that every person who is complaining about something and who has posted proofs leave negative feedback on the scammers account, this will make it even easier for anyone to use this site, I see a lot of complaints but from which I also see the number of customers constantly increasing on the site, I say this because every week there is a newbie complaining about them

Hello all on 1xbit page forums,
my account is still locked from 5 September 2021. I dont know how to recover my account but I tried everything (emails, livechat), so many times, they replay the same message that they dont want to speak with me anymore. I have locked money on this account. My I have over 600 euro in crypto there and dont have access to my account anymore. I dont know the reason why they dont give me to login again but it is my first account on 1xbit website and it is my personal account. Can you help me here to recover my account and get my funds back because I am really worried about this because 4 months i cannot login. Dont have access to my account and without any reason.

There is no one answeing me, emails, livechat, forums , trustpilot. This is crazy ... they hold my money and dont want to back to me ... i am so worried about this how i deposit here money and they stole from me

I have to post it again, because noboby cares about my case.
I deposited 0.4 ethereum, won about 0.4, so 0.8 ethereum was at my account, I requested withdrawal and insantly was logged out from my account. Support asked me to write to their security department.
They replied that they stop collaboration with me and have no chance to withdraw my deposited funds!!! JOKE
I sent many more emails, but they stopped replying.
I don't know what to do, I just want to get my deposited funds back.

You replied me on Trustpilot once, my balance is clear and I have no stuck money haha. This is a joke and lie. Even hashrate I cointained confirms I sent 0.4 eth, not getting back any withdrawal from your side.
Please, be honest and let me withdraw my stuck 0.4 eth. I've got confiscated funds since september 2021, isn't that sound like a joke?!

Sadly the questions you will be faced with from the community is why did you find yourself in this situation when the warning signs have been posted all over the scam accusations board in this forum.

Did you send those 700 EURO in crypto to them and have a traceable blockchain transaction URL which they stole from you or did you win on their website and have those winnings added to your balance before they used their ToS to steal it from you? It seems you sent the funds to them rather than won them but you need to make the situation clear for us to understand.

Please help me to back my funds on 1xbit my account. i am so scared about this because yesterday they blocked my account. livechat told me to write on [email protected] so they will fix this. i write there and after 10 hours they back to me that my account is violation of the Terms and Conditions, but i didnt violated nothing just make first time account there and deposit money to bet, I bet on many games but after some time they log me out and when try to login it said incorrect username and password, but I write correct username and password where i used it before. this is no reason why they block my account with a lot of money inside and hope someone here can help me this to fix because this is missunderstanding and I saw so many posts like mine and i am so sad about this because that money are very important for me and they dont want to replay on emails anymore.

What is this?1xbit.com Is this any fake website who steal money from people who deposit money? I deposited 650 USDT on my account on 02.11.2021, was betting, then I lost some games, some win, then I tried to withdraw 642 USDT to my wallet, but I didn't get my money on my wallet, also I have been logged out from, my account. I sent email to security of 1xbit, they respond that close my account because some rules are broken, and not giving reason about it. I am sure i have not broken any rules, i have bet live on tennis and table tennis and I have picture from my bets, my deposits and everything. I cannot still login to my account and get my money. It seems the scammers who tried to take advantage of the delay in updating live betting table tennis results have already stopped trying. Hopefully these fake scam accussations will finally come to an end.
Then maybe you will also notice that 1xbit has changed its attitude towards users.

Scammers such as 1xbit need to promote their scam so they will be back here from time to time trying to spread propaganda. Hopefully they will not succeed by adding more victims to their list because many forum members will continue to post warnings.

Behind people who complain about losing money while betting on the site or not being able to withdraw winnings etc. my strong assumption is that 90% are from the same people using cryptic accounts. well, you could say they are one of the participants in the campaign itself.
