I had the same issue like you in about 3 months before but now, everything is back to normal. I think you should check your internet connection and see whether you can improve something. Currently, 1xbit load quite fast on my phone and I fell convenient with it

It is loaded smoothly on my mobile browser (both mobile version and the full version) Perhaps there was something wrong with the site and it has been fixed or there was a problem on your browser.

With all these things going on I am having doubts about promoting such a site, can they please address all issues in a professional manner, having a very similar name if not almost identical web name to the other scam gambling site is not a good sign with all this flutter about.

Have you tried to claim multiple bonus? Usually those people who have trouble the one who did it
They are monitoring and not sleeping , so i can't see any reason why it's voided

i never claim any bonus.. just first deposit bonus but its completed 3 month ago.. its started when i bet on same line in every game like i bet on over/under in every game coz thats only im comfort in line bet
they have voided 6 bet slip until now,, and the void after game is over.. before or during game it confirmed as normal bet.
Next time you might have to capture the confirmed bet as a proof to post it publicly later

Simply bet if you want and put some amount that you can afford to lose (common rule of gambling).

Everyone talking about this one case. I mean there are thousands of bets that gone trough successfully and now service is a scam because they took some time to resolve one problematic bet ? I understand that guy didn't have his money for 3 weeks but this is a bit of exaggeration

I really liked the site very much as you have more odds and different sports and i wagged sometime back and i really liked the odds they were giving .But now i am hearing all the void bets and stuff and their time taken to resolve an issue make me think twice to go back .

Really? 30days to solve the issue like what happened with h4ns? It was a simple mistake by 1xbit, do players need to wait for so long time because of the mistake by the site? Other thing, it was less than 5btc IIRC. Amount that not too big for a gambling site to deal with. If 1xbit is managed professionally, it should not take more than a week imho. But 3 weeks? Come one, would you happy if your money is being blocked by a site for so long time because their own mistake? I bet no, and probably you will feel the same with h4ns.
