Bitcoin looks so bullish this year that It can't be ignored. Altcoins might be a better choice for larger return on investment but if I have 2000 dollars, I will keep half in bitcoin and the other half split between altcoins including Ethereum with major share

Those token you mentioned is already good. Invest your money to it and don't look for ICO's to invest your money. All of those coins you mentioned will rise for this year and you will gain profit to it.

I would probably not include any ICO in the list of the options. Now, when the market is getting up after the shock, the new projects may not survive. It is better to invest in Bitcoin.
bitcoin is a very definite asset to make a profit. but other altcoins can bring greater profits. but you are right, don't choose ICO, except the IEO in the big exchange. maybe it will be profitable.I might not buy ICO also for some reason, I'm more interested in buying bitcoin and altcoin
i don't fully agree with your portfolio. Both XRP and XLM are highly concentrated coins. they are easy to manipulate. i will put half of the money on Bitcoin. 30% of the money is placed on the ETH. the rest of the investment is some quality ICO.

For new ICO, i would maximum put 20%, even if they are really good and genuine
Especially with project nowadays, they valuated their own project too high which their token couldn't really catch up in their ICO price

if you, have $ 2000, I suggest you have to buy bitcoin and ethereum because it is very good for future investment with high volume in the market.
