I agree with you that it is necessary to invest in top Altcoins and not to invest in ICO. Now ICO is too dangerous investment model

What can you expect, maybe he bought some coins and just like us, he is still holding it until now.
You're a fool if you sell at this rate, you are like making a suicide, 1 year is just short term, crypto will surely come back strong.

In my opinion, it is doubtful now to invest in the recently launched ICO, it is better to buy coins for all the money that are already on the exchange and have proven themselves on the good side. Just choose the project that he was good is harder than to choose coins.

At sensitive times like now, new altcoins and tokens are very volatile, I think you should invest in developing altcoins without raising capital.
