If you have 2000 $ I have you suggest 4 coins for investment this time xpr , bitcoin,ETH and Eos I believe all these coins are much potential and give you good result in short term.
Nice list, but i do not think that xrp (ripple) has any good future. It is not a true crypto, and community dont like it. I suppose some other alt like litecoin will replace ripple from its 3rd place.

If you plan to save them for a long time, then you should first choose Bitcoin, you can invest in new altcoins because they are easier to double! CWV, MXM, ABC

BCH is a great coin you should invest now, because now BCH is down to a fairly low price, if bought then maybe in the next few weeks, the value will increase again, that's what I want recommend

I have got have $2000 to invest and I am planning to invest it into stellar, ripple, ethreum or else half the amount in but coin and remaining half in newly launched ICO. Which one would be a better option?

I highly recommend investing some of your money in a BTC purchase. As before, he remains a confident market leader in crypto with excellent potential for development and price hikes in the future. Although Ethereum and Ripple, as before, remain an excellent solution for promising investments, they will definitely become more expensive next year.

You have to invest your money separately. But don't invest your money in Ripple and new ICO and now there are huge scam project. For long time choose new good coin and listed on good exchange.
No need to recommend not to invest in any particular coin. When token/coin grows up a person will ask you 1000 questions why I haven’t invested in it. Let him choose the tool by himself.

For now, I think investing in coin is the best choice, if you have residual capital other than buying ethereum or ripple, it would be better for you to buy bitcoin, for a long-term investment I think bitcoin is the best choice
Yes, BTC for long-term also want to make quick and immediate profits should invest in altcoin, because altcoin will grow quite well for you at this time, sometimes only in one night you will get profit, So I think you should focus on the coin analysis to make sense of the investment.

I think the best option is to choose 4-5 coins from the top 50 and distribute this amount in them

would be better option for investment now would definitely be etherium because its value is very small now
If you will invest that amount right now you'll have 5 ETH.

Choose between ETH and bitcoin. 5 ETH or 0.309 BTC. I'm also going to choose eth because of the cap right now isn't that high.

Of course, now investments in the purchase of Ethereum and Ripple can be a very profitable and promising decision for the future. I believe that now it is better not to invest in ICO, given the relatively high risks of fraud. I would invest part of the money from this amount in the purchase of BTC.

It's not about the amount of money you invest, it's about the time you want to invest.
The market is dipped and if you can hold enough, you will definitely make some money

GoChain has an active mainnet running at 1300 Transactions per second, with transactions confirmation times of approx 4-6 seconds on the blockchain. It is 100% Ethereum compatible, however instead of using Proof of Work, it has Proof of Reputation, which is 10x more decentralized than Ethereum and 1000x greener. There are 10 companies that are built or building on the network (Veritoken, Solaster, Enterprise, Job.com, PrimaBlock, MuiltiSender, Monarch, TrueDeck, MBYS, Esprezzo), and it has its own decentralized exchange GoDDEX for ICO’s. It is currently listed on Binance, Upbit, Bittrex, Kucoin, Bilaxy. The team is top notch – at the helm is CEO Jason Dekker who has extensive experience in hedge fund management (managed over $250m USD in assets), the CTO, Travis Reed is experienced in building apps and infrastructure (Achieved 1 million TPS with Iron.io). GoChain has a partnership with Microsoft Azure to drive enterprise adoption of blockchain-based customer support services. With a market cap of $37m and upgradeable smart contracts due Q4 it is extremely undervalued.

Just don't put all your eggs in one basket: check Eth, and a couple good Alts like TRX.. there are good ICOs, but be careful. You have to see if there is a good product behind the coin/token. ARROUND ico is one good sample. This is solid because it targets the augmented reality with blockchain . https://arround.io

I believe that Ethereum and Ripple can be a very profitable solution for promising investments. Now their price is very cheap, from next year these altcoins will definitely go up. But I also recommend part of the money from this amount to invest in the purchase of BTC, it will also go up from next year.

For that $2000, I think he should buy cheap coin because the price of that coin will increase and although he needs to wait for a long time to see the price can increase. He can buy a lot of low coin price because right now, there are too many coins he can buy especially for that amount. I am sure that he will make a lot of money later when the price increase.

Your plan is good and you may have bought potentially profitable coin in the future. Given the situation of cryptocurrency market this year, you may not make profit on these coin in short to medium term but you have made a goof buy!
