We have all been witnessing price increases the last couple of days, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down any moment now. How long will this surge continue? Will it eventually correct before halving? I wasn't able to buy a considerable amount and was still hoping that price would still be below $450 and now it seems like a raging bull ready to hit new target highs in the next few days.
Its still the question if this will be the year of the bitcoin but I really have some good hope that the bitcoin will rise to a high amount this year and that it will be the year of the bitcoin.
of course the possibility is still wide open for bitcoin prices could rise higher this year. halving not happened and this year is still long enough to continue in the leadso this year is still not over let's see what will happen to the price of bitcoin after halving occurs I hope there is a miracle

yeah the price has already exceeded $ 500 it was already past my expectations because I've been patient for so long from the beginning of 2016 and now the price has been stepped over $ 500. I thought maybe I could say that this is the year of bitcoin. how about you? !

I agree that the fact of 2016 is good enough for bitcoin prices. But still I am expecting more within this year that bitcoin places will gain it's lifetime highest price to mark 2016 as a year of bitcoin. We still have meaning on expecting to happen this as halving is very near by. !

Yes that "event" is not an assurance that bitcoin price will increase but it's built speculation for at least majority of bitcoin users really helps.

2016 is an exciting year for bitcoin. We have the block halving and block size doubling, that will increase the value.
The bear market has lasted long enough. I predict 2016 is the year where bitcoin finally breaks through, both in price and in mainstream adoption.
The fork issue is a distraction. It won't kill bitcoin. The majority will eventually choose what fork they want to use, whether it is the original, or XT, or some third option.
I see the fork issue as silly infighting which only hurts bitcoin. I want bitcoin to succeed, that's what I care about, not what version of BTC I use. I will go with the majority, whichever fork is chosen.
i dont think 2016 will be the year you are going to fast men give coins the time like we gave dollar the time. Before is was nothing but after allong time he grow quiet allot. Will 2016 be the year that bitcoin price surges past $700? I hope the halving reward that occurs brings the price to new highs this year.
yes it will be not impossible for the bitcoin to reach that amount in the time period of around halving, if that amount reached by bitcoin before halving then it will be our luck as after that when halving will start we will earn a big amount by reaching the value above than $1000 and if it reached to $700 then I think the whole year we will be around that value fluctuation up and down
But of course it is really hard to know what is going to happen with the Bitcoin in the future but you have to take the risk to do something.
2016 is really gonna be the year of bitcoin, cause of halving, i belive that after halving price will stay high for 2-3 month and maybe even more. Also we can reach good max price this year.
Halving is very good for the price of bitcoin. But if there is no demand due to slow transactions, the price will drop.
I am sure we will reach $1000 again, but i hope that the rise to $1000 will be slow and stable. then we can maintain that price level. if a pump causes the price to go that high, we will see the price come back down to previous levels. a steady growth is the best growth possible.
