I just got to know bitcoin, and the price is very high this year. and I think this year will continue to rise. although nowadays the price is unstable.
Its too early call, we still have 11 months to go. But if we are going to based everything on its past history, bitcoin has a bright future. What we experienced is not new to the ecosystem. Actually last year we have seen bitcoin goes into a market correction more than 2x, and then end the year above the $10K range.
Crypto is getting more and more popular. But when anything become popular or well/better known to general public, even more if money/profit is involved there are always governments and other institutions that would like to have piece of a pie. That's why i believe all this news about banning crypto, regulations etc.. causing fud among people and causing price drop. But at the end this will stop and settle and people will rush in and crypto will raise again probably to new ATH. I believe that this is the year that all this will happen.
Very difficult to predict this unstable market, I say it will be good year for crypto in general and I say it will suck for bitcoin. Just my personal prediction.

The price of bitcoin will increase as soon as the problems caused by South Korea are resolved, just be calm and patient.

Why do you believe this? if you observe, you will observe that more people to know bitcoin and these people will buy bitcoin, knowing that the number of bitcoin is not infinite, it will cause an increase price as more people buy bitcoins... many analysts predict a increase in prices of bitcoin and these analysts are making huge prediction for this year and prediction for the next 4 years,
The speculation is that bitcoin will hit 25k USD before the end of the third quarter of this year.

I think it will be very unstable because of new legislation in every country and every time they come up with new rules it influences crypto market.
2017 was the start of mass adoption. With adoption comes pain points. The January malaise should be a temporary period and volumes can pick up again during the 2nd half of the year.
Or I might be wrong and this time will be the start of a downward spiral. I do still believe in the potential of blockchain tech to improve the lives of people around the world.
Imagine if universal basic income can be implemented using blockchain, there are several other use cases for the tech and these will ensure that cryptos will always have a role to play in the future.
Everyone is a speculator nowadays, but there will come a day we look back and be glad we took part in the next step of advancement for mankind by investing in the technology.

In my opinion the market is going to rise up a lot!!.
of course, all waiting for positive news and growth of bitcoin ! ( to the moon ) and I including! if you look at growth in the previous year, we see that bitcoin moved up, was the drawdown, but for a long period - just up! sorry for my English !
It started bad but 2018 spring will be a good time for cryptocurrency. I'm looking forward to see how high it goes this time

2018 is another good year for bitcoin. The fluctuation in bitcoin price we have now is a usual thing and it is just for a moment. The speculation is that bitcoin will hit 25k USD before the end of the third quarter of this year. For all bitcoiner, this is right to invest more to enable you gain more when the price go up. 2018 will be great!
I can say that it will be a good year for crypto currency. It's only January, the start of the year. There are still remaining eleven months for this so don't lose hope. Stay positive. If you're disapponted with the price today, then change your strategy or improve it. There is always another way.

The beginning of the year is not very optimistic for bitcoin. There is a lot of hype around btc, problems with Lightning Network affect the price. Now it's hard to predict what will happen at the end of the year, but I think it will be a good year for cryptocurrencies.

Probably, such a question arose, because at the very beginning of 2018 we received a price drop? You're wasting your time. This year will be very positive for the currency Crypto, as in the previous year, because its price will increase steadily. Of course, with a little correction.
Right. If you base it from what's going on right now, then it may seem that this year could be a forgettable year for crypto. But if you look back, that's not the case. Btc was in a decline jan 2017, and though the end of that year wasn't as good as expected, we still hit 20k usd which is really faster than most of us expected. So who knows what 2018 will bring but i'm always feeling positive with bitcoin and crypto

for me crypto is good for 2018 and beacause this is very popular as of now. and hopefully bitcoin will rise up to huge amount this year.
