Definitely this year is a good year for alts because there has been a lot of exposure on them in last few months, before only few people knew about alts and they know just Bitcoin itself but now the exposure has gone to finding the next Bitcoin and catch that train
I hope so too, this year its alt time to grow and develop, i'm sure 2018 alt will grow nice

Even 2017 has been good to alt coins but we could say that this year will even be better. Just looking at the stable prices of the alt coins already gives us so projections of opportunities to get more profit compared to 2017. Coins such as Stellar, cardano, EOS, Neo, TRON, NEM and ETH are doing great. Regardless of the negativity about the drop in prices, Im still looking forward that a pump in BTC will definitely peak these coins.

I hope this year will be good year for altcoins, either bitcoins or altcoins they must complement. But eventhough this is the good year for altcoins it seems that bitcoins will be vanish in the market and other coins will die. No matter what happen this year i think bitcoins and altcoins must go higher so that the people that using altcoins and bitcoins wil be much more happy.

I think it's really a great year for all alt coins because more and more people are already joining the community. Though this past weeks many FUDS are spreading and the markets are affected but I think it will recover in the mid parts of this year and will continue to grow.
There are almost 100 new projects coming into market every week.
The competition among them will become much more fierce.

I do believe that altcoins are going to grow incredibly in this year, given the fact that most of them are based on Ethereum ERC 20 and ethereum is more stable than bitcoin
Exactly. Starting in 2018 with a lot of Altcoin development and success. However, the price of Bitcoin and ETH has been decreasing continuously, although many have been expected to increase. But thanks to successful ICOs, the market has stabilized. More and more people investing in Altcoin are joining the bonus campaign. That opens a hopeful 2018
This year u can see lots of rules & regulation for crypto currencies which make altcoins more cheaper then now. But I think this is good for everyone, who wants fair deals with safe & secure platforms. According to me all Altcoins were rising definitely this year. U can saw them with slow move and in small amount, but they will move and going upwards. So have patience, invest in altcoins and hold it until right time not came to take profit.

When regulations come, they affect all the coins.
Until Now and few years before bitcoin was the top and the only one (that worthed investing in) but from now I think that altcoins is a great opportunity.

2018 as the year of many alt coins as at now can be kind of unrealistic if one should judge looking at the current dip problems on the exchange markets. So many coins have dropped in prices even beyond speculations and predictions of experts in the Cryptos world. However I still hold on strongly to the foresights and predictions for the boomeranging of so many alt coins. The fact that there is dip doesn't invoke failure for these coins. All is gonna be well soon. Let just go through this tough times steadily.
every year is a good year for altcoins. new coins (not all, but some of them) are tied to real world project like online shopping system, energy and green energy, housing, gambling etc... so they are a whole new level than bitcoin.
