West Indies and Pakistan were too unpredictable, Mohammad Amir shined through the tournament.
Bangladesh worked hard on every match and if they would have some more legendary players like Shakib they'll surely be one of the strongest team.

I am very surprised that everyone consider this as a possible scenario worth debating on. Forget about Bangladesh. I really doubt whether Pakistan will be able to win by this much against the China national team. Out of the 4,000 plus ODI matches played till now, the greatest margin of victory belongs to New Zealand (who defeated Ireland by a massive 290 run margin in 2008).
If there is only one possible scenario for Pakistan to get to the next round and if passionate fans of the team want to have an imaginary hope, let them have those, everyone knows it is an impossible task for any team in this tournament even if England is in this situation they will not qualify, lets see whether Pakistan who is very unpredictable can win against Bangladesh let alone the margin of victory .Bottom 2 sides on the table are playing today i.e WI vs Afghanistan. Whatever people may say but India intentionally didn't put all their effort against the match with England last time. As they knew they are surely going to the semis and most possibly meet with England if they lost to it. It doesn't mean India would easily win in the semis but as India has tested both batting and bowling of England, they'd be better prepared this time.

Don't worry about the calculations for Pakistan as I believe that Bangladesh will win the match anyway and end their World Cup campaign with a win and overall somewhat of a success as they can finish 5th which most wouldn't expect them to do when the World Cup started as most had SA, Pakistan and WI up there so if Bangladesh can win it would be a successful World Cup campaign and something they can work towards in the coming years to go one better and make the finals.

NZ played the worst cricket in this WC in this match. They lost the match by 119 runs and now this gives chance to Pakistan to enter the semis but they have to beat Bangladesh by very big margin and this may be little impossible but never know as things are changing in this WC.
NZ is through the semi-finals. Pakistan has no realistic chance of qualifying now. The difference between the NRR is too large (-0.966) to be compensated in one match. That said, I don't know what happened with New Zealand. During the initial phases, they were dominating the points table. Their sudden disintegration is a bit worrying.
Looks like Aus is playing with NZ and looking at NZ's performance in these recent matches, Aus will be the first finalist. I am scared for India as they just lost with Eng and they will face them once again.
