Steph Curry really deserve to be this years season MVP, let him have the title. Recently, he overtakes Ray Allen on All Time 3-Points List and became the title holder of the Most 3-Points Shot in History, just like that! A 33 years old talented man from the GSW brokes many record consecutively.
Hopefully, we can see Steph to play more this season with no injuries at all.
Yeah, Curry definitely deserves to be called the best 3-point shooter in NBA history. By the way, it's worth noting that Curry will have the opportunity to make at least 4,5-5k three-pointers until the end of his career if he continues to score at the same pace. If it happens, I guess his record will be out of reach for many, many seasons.

If he will continue to be like that, it's true that he will establish that position on top and it will be very hard to achieve.

He's numbers are really improving and the good thing here, he also enjoying he is just there to perform no matter what,

and that's his competitive side. He keeps doing all his best each game not just with his offense but also his defense; he improves a lot.

He will be tested once again meeting the Suns. Both have decent standing. We will see a system that will be very useful for both teams' attacks.

I guess Spurs is finally hit with that "rebuild" button and that is what we are seeing these days. They basically had it when all three stars left and then Kawhi situation happened. We had LMA and Demar for a while so it looked like we were just a mediocre team at best and that is what people imagined it would be like, but then both of them left as well and now we are finally living in the rebuild years. Our players are not great enough to actually matter when it is the most important part, but I believe that we should not be really that much shocked when we keep losing games.

6 wins so far and 12th in west is not good at all, we are at least 4 wins away from play-in position as well and that is not going to change unless something amazing suddenly happens. This is why I believe that we are going to have a much better situation in few years but we definitely need better players for sure, even the peak performance from these players is not good enough for contending at all.

The game between GSW and Blazers ended fairly quickly with Curry tallying around 32 points with a couple of 3s. Though this is to be expected from the greatest shooter of all time, significant improvements can be seen on Wiggin's jumper as his 3-pt percentage is increasing slowly. His confidence on his shot selection and to drive to the basket is what makes him a previous no. 1 draft pick.

Yes, he is now a vital part of the GSW rotation and has gained so much confidence in the last 5 games or so. I remember when he wasn't contributing, there are talks here several pages back about him getting traded or at least some of us wanted the Warriors to get rid of him.

Someone mentioned that Curry is 44 3s away from breaking his own record of the most 3s in the history of basketball! I really have confidence that he may be able to snatch that MVP award this year, though it is too early to say. But from his performance alone, he is really dominating this season now.

That's doable and I think he can break his record this season and then put a separation from the number 2. And it's fun to see Curry, hitting those 3's because on how he shoot the ball, it was quick release and defenders don't have time to contest specially when Looney or Draymond are the one setting up the pick to free him up for a split second to shoot the threes.

As a Curry fan, it's quite overwhelming how he grew from the rookie Curry to his prime, always knew that the kid had such great potential, I'm positive that he'll be the season MVP and that is if he'll be healthy throughout the season and all the way to the playoffs, KD and Jokic are performing great as well so I don't want to see Curry get an injury, this is why Steve Kerr sits him out everytime the lead is extended at least to 20 or so because Curry is the main priority.

If Steph encounters an injury, the offense of GSW goes on as they have scorers like Wiggins, Poole, Damion Lee + did I forgot to mention that Klay will be returning this Christmas? All I can say is damn.

Brooklyn Nets are the current leader in the Eastern Conference. They have 14 wins and 6 losses so far. After a four-game winning streak, they lost to Phoenix Suns by a close gap. And tonight, I see that they are going to have another home game vs New York Knicks this time. Knicks are also a good team in this season. So Nets' job won't be easy. Claxton have an illness as far as I know and K. Irving is still not able to play because of resisting taking covid-19 jab if I'm not wrong. At Knicks, it seems like D. Rose and K. Walker will not be able to play. I'm favoring Nets here.

Kemba was demoted from the starting squad and they are going with Alec Burks.  This is actually a positive for the Knicks.  Kemba has been sluggish in November.  His +/- for the season is -6.8 which is the worst of his career (outside of his rookie year).  Was waiting for thibs to pull the trigger. Quick needs to get more minutes and Burks is a solid vet who provides much better d at this point then kemba.

Well, this is the exact reason why Coach Thibodeaou removed Kemba out of the rotation. This is from Fred Katz and he tweeted it on twitter and you can read more here.
Quote
A statistical summary of why the Knicks are pulling Kemba Walker from the rotation:
Knicks have the best defense in the league when he’s on the bench (99.0 DRtg) & are dead last (116.3 DRtg) when he’s on the floor.
They are 27th in offense with him playing, 9th with him off.
Numbers don't lie and if they will be more successful with Kemba out of the rotation then they will stick into it. On the other hand though, Wall is still not playing with the Rockets because he wants to be a starter but the organization declined his request so in short he is earning at around $90M for the next 2 years and he will not play unless he will get traded. Some are saying that what if they will trade Wall and Kemba? Cheesy

Chicago Bulls played a really competitive game against Charlotte Hornets. The score was close in the first quarter but Chicago Bulls' performance was very impressive in the 2nd and 3rd quarter both. And this helped them open the gap quite wide. Charlotte Hornets tried to make a comeback in the 4th quarter but it was in vain. Chicago Bulls won by 133-119. Vucevic made a double-double by 30 points and 14 rebounds. I reckon that he was the most performing player of the game.
Vucevic was hot. 6/6 on outside shots and we can really say he can shoot. On the other hand, Charlotte Hornets is undermanned without big guys to defend him and with only 8 players. Zach Lavine and DeRozan don't even need to relax and use their shooting skills but just attack the inside since no one can stop them.
Tomorrow, it's the game that we have been waiting for. The two top teams of the West will collide. GSW are the underdogs and I think that's because of the homecourt advantage. What team will you root for?

Here in Chicago the talk when it comes to the Bulls has been the need to get Vucevic going and man he certainly did last night having dropped 30 pts, picking up 14 rebounds and collecting 5 assists. I certainly don’t expect him to keep this up every game but we had to hey him going so this was great to see.

I'm looking forward to watching this game it's Dec 3 in our country what about you guys?

I hope the Suns will not lose to the Pistons before the game with GSW and the Lakers will face against Clippers for the first time this season. these two teams are possible to face each other in the NBA playoffs.

Well as always, I will watch the highlights again on Youtube.... or not with the Phoenix Vs. Golden State.
I think I will watch the Suns Vs. Warriors game. Clippers Vs. Lakers? Many might see it more entertaining and fun but I see Warriors and Suns more entertaining for me (because I'm a Warriors fan Tongue).

Phoenix' keys to win against Warriors is the paint I think and Booker. Booker's height is tall if you will compare it to other guards and because of that he is very hard to guard and add also his effectiveness in perimeter shooting. I think if there is a Warrior that can guard him efficiently it will be Wiggins. Well, lets just see how this one goes and I know that many here are excited of this possible WCF match-up already Smiley.

The Clippers-Lakers match seems to be fun and will definitely determine what team is better, PG13 lately has been a consistent scoring machine, even if they lost to the Warriors, he still contributed a lot, just imagine if Kawhi is playing. LeBron on the other hand has faced PG countless times by now, I just hope LeBron stays healthy and Russ doesn't keep on turning the ball over, they're actually getting that chemistry but needs to work on avoiding turning the ball over and making stupid decisions.

Miami Heat - Denver Nuggets game was a really nice one last night. Miami were the team that started the best to the new season. But lately, they started having a little more inconsistent form. They lost to Nuggets last night by 111-120. And if we check Miami's last five games, they got a lose and a win respectively. And it was a very valuable victory for Nuggest as they won a game after 6 weeks finally. Adebayo and Jokic competed with each other really nicely. Adebayo got 24 pts, 13 reb and 6 ast. And Jokic got 24 pts, 15 reb, 7 ast. By the way, I would like to praise K. Lowry's performance also as he got 17 pts and 14 reb, a double-double.

Yep, already looking or this great match already, this is Dec. 1 game though. I'm very exciting with this game that I already put a bet on Golden St. specially that they are the underdogs in this game.

But who wouldn't? The Suns have the longest streak and obviously, they are the better team in paper. But Golden St. too, except for the bump in the road against the Hornets, they started another winning streak of them and have been winning in double digits. They are going to travel to Phoenix though, but still I think they will manage to win in this very close game. We might see this going into overtime.

Lakers are far from being superteam when they built that lineup. Nash is already out of his prime. Kobe is suffering injuries. MWP, Gasol, and Howard are also not on their monster stats anymore. That era was on Miami Heat. Since the last championship in 2010 and Dallas sweeping them in the playoffs in 2011, the Lakers are already out of the championship discussion.
You said a very important factor. I confess that most players were not in their prime, but even so I believed that this "super team" would make it to the playoffs, but not right!

Oh... another point is, Phil Jackson at that time was the head coach of the Lakers (if I'm not mistaken).
Jackson was one of the best head coaches in the NBA (of course that's my opinion)

And Jackson was the head coach of the Lakers in the early 2000s, when he directed the Kobe and Shaq dynasty.

At that time, they had an excellent team (Nash, KB, MWP, Gasol and Howard) and if I'm not mistaken, Odom was also on that team (correct me if I'm wrong), and finally, the LAL had one of the best coaches at that time. !

But he blend well with the Wizards last year with Bradley Beal and lead them to their first playoff in years.

But I do agree that Westbrook games suffered a lot when he moves in Lakers this year. I'm not sure what is the reason, maybe he is no longer in his prime because he is missing a lot of shots and usually when he drives to the basket, it's automatic 2. But now he is being strip before he can take off, or missed badly. Maybe his vertical leap is no longer there, but it seems a different Russ now.

It's indeed a different Russ we're seeing now, I guess that could be as a result of not being the go to guy anymore, he was brought to the Lakers to complement an already good team, not because he was a missing piece and the need to adjust his game to be able to play together with AD and James might have taken a toll on him too, but I expect him to get better as the season progresses further.

I agree to a certain extend, but we already have 20 games already and they are barely above the .500 mark, so I would say it's kinda disappointing and I don't know if they can still progresses even further with the current lineup. And Vogel has been tweaking a lot with young players like THT giving him more time, and yet the outcome seems to be not there.

As long as they are still competing, the chance still there for this team.

You are right with their performance, it's quite disappointing, but it's indeed what haters expect from them Tongue

they've been criticized even before the start of this season, more LeBron haters see this trade as liable of the team,.

Russ still not fitting himself with the way LeBron and Davis are playing.

If I'm the one to choose, I'll be going with Melo instead of Russ. he's more on moving without the ball and waiting for
the passed coming from both LeBron and AD,.

I thought he's playing but Jimmy is also missing in this game. I wasn't aware that he's out due to a Tailbone injury.

It's quite sloppy of me not following all injury updates before placing my bet but I still didn't expect them to play badly in the first half. They're playing better in the third quarter but I'm not hopeful they could turn things around in the fourth.
After a 6 losing streak finally they got another win.
Bam Adebayo and Jokic stats are almost identical, Bam did step up his game when they need to because Butler is out. But, it's not enough to win the game for Jokic also had his help from the bench. Gordon and Bones for their offense and Campazzo being a pest for Lowry to avoid him from heating up.
I wish this will be a start for the Nuggets team to go back in the higher seed of the West.

As soon as Jokic and Butler have a go at each other things could get crazy… Butler likes to try and maintain his bully image, but Jokic would slap the taste out of his mouth. Surely there will be some good moments…

Bad losing streak for Jokic's team but I read he's been cleared to play again. It would be great to see the emotions fkying again but too bad that Morris is ruled out in this game hehe. Who you got? Nuggets have been winning against the Heat lately but my money is on the home team.

The Jokic brothers are sitting right behind Denver’s bench. Wish I could watch this game. I’m sure there’s going to be some chippy attitudes out there.
