Glad I didn’t put a whole bunch of coin down on this Chicago Bulls vs Miami Heat game. As a Bulls fan it’s been a bit difficult watching this game as most everyone is having a pretty poor shooting night. Luckily the Heats star player (and of course former Bull) Jimmy Butler isn’t having a great game himself.
Yeah, they are surely lucky he is off night and just forcing his way to contribute for the team.
It's his presence that is helpful for the team. Someone who could lead them even though his shooting is not there. 6/15 FG and 0/4 outside shots.
Now the advantage of taking in Kyle Lowry is surfacing, he was signed by the Heat for this instances when one star is having a bad day/night.

What's the odds of the MVP race now? Is Chris Paul really on the top 5 now or did I read a bad article from NBA? He is averaging double double in assists and point and made a big impact that's why Suns is so strong now.

It was really a close between between the Bulls and the Heat, 5 minutes left and a tie score. But then Vincent and Lowry make there three's but the Bulls still try to come back but Jimmy Butler hits crucial shots. He isn't having a great game, but he was very instrumental on the win because of his assists. So good win for the Heat at the road against a tough Bulls.

Looking for the Suns vs GSW on Dec 1, this is gonna be huge and it will be on Phoenix homecourt so they will have the advantage here.

Actually they've cut it to 5 points in that second quarter. But the Suns responded back and build the lead to 10 again.

At the start of the 3rd, still the Suns though, extended it to 16 right now and it seems that they are not going to be stop. Time for Durant to step up the game now and not allow the Suns to build a comfortable lead going into the last quarter.

I'm rooting for the Suns today because I want them to stay undefeated until they faced the GSW on Dec 1 and that would be a game of the year since they are the current heavyweight in the western conference right now. The Suns are sinking threes in this fourth quarter causing the Nets to struggle to cut the lead not even to a single digit. Mc Gee is doing better in this team and he also got enough time to showcase his skills. Looks like the Suns are winning this game, time to watch the Heat vs Bulls looks like a close game.

It could be a preview of the Western conference finals for all we know. But it really depends on where the game will be held though, I haven't check the sched but this will be a great game on December 1.

Yes, the Suns kept their winning record, the Nets was able to cut the lead in the fourth, but we all know that the Suns knows how to protect a big lead and it was enough for them to salvage a 5 point win.

^^ The Suns though is in control of the game right now.

They've build a good lead, and it went as high as 18 points if I'm not mistaken. Booker has a good first quarter and they continue to do it in the second.  But the thing is that the Nets were able to cut down the lead to 10 right now, 46-56 at the break. So enough time for the Nets to turn things around, although I'm rooting for the Suns to win because I have a bet on them.

Suns vs Nets game should be a good one.  The Suns have been on fire lately and the Nets are just starting to get into their groove.  I'd never bet against KD, but I think the Suns have a good shot to take this one home.  We'll see.  The game is on NBATV and starts in a couple of hours.  I didn't see anything else on the schedule for today that looked too exciting, but I'll have this one going in the background.  The real fireworks will be on Christmas day though.  I probably won't be able to be pulled from the TV once those games start.  I'm already looking forward to it...

I think the other way. The Suns' 15 games winning hot streak will now be ended by the Brooklyn Nets.

Chicago Bulls vs Miami Heat is a good watch too. Both teams are now joining the Eastern Conference competition unlike before that you can just expect a strong Eastern Conference team that was on Rank 1-3. They are a big thing now.

Lakers vs Pistons on the other day. I want to see what will happen once Lebron and Stewart will meet eye to eye again. Since it's a drama, I think we will see them shaking their hands before the tip-off.  Grin

2/13 from three point range. He should've give the ball to somebody else if they will focus on shooting threes.
Anyway, lets just say that he has a bad night that's why they lost and its unfortunate for them to see them playing like this knowing that they are a team filled with superstars and all-stars. I think its the age that hinders them because they are kinda slow affecting their defense.
Yeah, Lebron had a poor three-point shooting percentage throughout the match. Honestly, I also don't understand why he decided to make that three-point shot in the last seconds of the 4th quarter. I guess it would have been better if Lebron had just tried to make a layup at that moment.

the Suns who are in a 15 win streak with their win against the Knicks. The longest winning streak in the NBA is 33 by the 1971–72 Lakers. Well , the Suns are almost halfway to that Cheesy.
The Suns' winning streak may be ended very soon, given that their opponents will be the Nets and Warriors in the next two games. Smiley

Because I mentioned the play-in tournament on the previous page where the Lakers might possibly be opted-in again on that situation, out of curiosity, I search the web if there will be a play-in tournament this season as I thought it was just a temporary rule that started in the NBA bubble.

I now confirmed that there is a play-in tournament for this season. If no delays will happen, the estimated date was between April 12-15, 2022.

The sure candidate if no improvement happens, the Los Angeles Lakers lol.

I believe there is a good chance that we could possibly see Lakers be at the bottom of playoff seeds or even play a play-in situation as well.
It's possible because they are currently ranked at number 7 now - https://www.espn.com/nba/standings
However, I think even if they are at the bottom, they are still a threat to the top seed as the 3 best players on the team have a good number of playoffs experience and they are very competitive especially during the playoffs, what I only hope is for them to remain healthy all the time.
Yeah.

Only having injuries is the one that will stop them going back at the top even if they go at the bottom. They got a good roster and it's going to depend on how they're going to be focused on each of their games.

They'll still be able to go up even if they fall in ranks.

Missed that game, Lakers vs Sacramento, and I thought that Lakers are going to win, they lose it one big in triple overtime? Made me think that it's time to really make a chance in the line-up? We've been questioning the chemistry, but what can we do if the players are not gelling on each other and a supposedly winning game turns out to be their biggest lost this season?

A change to the lineup will result in a much worst situation in my own view. The lineup is already good. They should just find the missing link.

In that game, the Lakers just fell short but they are good. Let's give credit to what Sacramento Kings does. It's not with the Laker's chemistry problem why they won but the Kings did a great job on that game. Most of their players contribute to that winning against the Lakers. They should be the topic here, not the losing Lakers.

I believe there is a good chance that we could possibly see Lakers be at the bottom of playoff seeds or even play a play-in situation as well. I had no idea that Warriors would be so great and Lakers would be so bad at the start of the season. I do not know what their problem is, I do not know what causes this but Lakers are playing way worse than what their roster suggests. I get that usually we blame it on the coach when a roster is great but the results are bad but right now Vogel is not the problem, he is doing all he can and the system is good.

The problem here is that players are not playing like they are the best. Warriors on the other hand is having fun, they are great and all but the most important part is that they are having fun, and that was the key to their success back in the day before Durant showed up and I am sure they will do that again this year too.

@Russlenat, I guess putting a bet on the top 3 best contenders would be a good idea, whoever would win this year's coach of the year award would already guarantee a profit as long as you put an even bet. I'm pretty sure one of the top 3 will get that award, but for me, it's likely the coach of the Bulls that will get it.

As a Curry fan, it's quite overwhelming how he grew from the rookie Curry to his prime, always knew that the kid had such great potential, I'm positive that he'll be the season MVP and that is if he'll be healthy throughout the season and all the way to the playoffs, KD and Jokic are performing great as well so I don't want to see Curry get an injury, this is why Steve Kerr sits him out everytime the lead is extended at least to 20 or so because Curry is the main priority.

If Steph encounters an injury, the offense of GSW goes on as they have scorers like Wiggins, Poole, Damion Lee + did I forgot to mention that Klay will be returning this Christmas? All I can say is damn.

Without any major injury, the season MVP is not by far. With his performance, Curry deserves to win this title again.

KD is the closer one in case curry suffers to any unexpected problem/injury, hoping it won't happen and let Curry keep entertaining the fans
he really playing like the Steph we always know.

Pointing the supporting cast, all is good for Steph, especially once he's bro Klay comeback and helps the team to continue their journey. It's another
best season for Coach Kerr squad.

Kerr will likely win the coach of the year as well, and Poole will win as the most improved player of the year. The warriors will receive a lot of recognition if they stay consistent because they weren't expected to be this good this season.

For the Coach of the year odds, dated Nov. 4, it's still Erik Spoelstra who is the top favorites to win.

Still a long way away and tons of basketball to be played we are only in the first quarter of the season.  But yeah if they continue to play this well they probably will.  But anything can happen from here.  If steph is out for any length of time they can slide easily out of contention.  Billy Donavon will have a real good shot too with the bulls Completely turning it around.

Low scoring game for Pistons vs. Clippers so far but LAC is already ahead by 20 points with under 5 minute remaining. I don't think Pistons can still turn that around as I don't anyone exploding to help them close the gap. Good to see distribution of points on the Clippers side.

Clips at ho.e are just too much for a team like the Pistons.  Big game tonight for the Knicks.  They have been shaky at home and a good Suns team coming into town.  A win here will go a long way for their confidence that they are a top tier team in the East.  They need a good win streak here.  Go knicks!

Knicks looked like complete trash last night.  I'm glad thibs finally let q grimes off the bench tonight.  The kid plays phenomenal defense for a rookie.  They need to start prioritizing defense again, they aren't an offensive powerhouse and can't rely on outscoring opponents.  Back to back on the road now against the Hawks tonight.  Could be in for an ugly game, gut check time for the Knicks.  They need this.
