No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small

And Suns finished the job last night! They managed to beat Clippers 130-103 away.

This time, P. George wasn't that good. But even if he scored 20 more points, it wouldn't still be enough for a victory. C. Paul made the big difference in this game. He was incredibly great. He got 41 PTS, 4 REB, 8 AST. He got more than 50% FG and made 7 out of 8 3-pointer attempts.

Now, they are waiting for their opponent. Whichever team become their opponent, I think that they will have a hard time against Suns.
When you are playing in the league for 16 seasons and you are one win away from going to the NBA Finals for the first time in your career, you will do everything just to go there and that is what CP3 did. During an interview, he can't say anything because of his happiness. That feeling when you are in the league for 16 seasons and finally you are going to the NBA Finals and 4 wins away from winning his first title.

Now unto the other conference. If Giannis will be out tomorrow in Game 5 and Trae will be out as well, I believe that the Hawks might make another upset again and win on the road. The Bucks might win though if Middleton will step up as well as Holiday and other players in terms of defense and offense.

Just my prediction but I think it will be Suns Vs. Hawks Cheesy.

Suns vs Hawks, it's a great series but I think the Suns has all the edge to win the series.

CP3 and company will win the championship, they have been playing with solid defense and offense, and they have a good chemistry.
I mean everyone is contributing and they really live up the challenge.

They maybe are not the number 1  but in the playoffs they are now.

Man, what a terrific way to close out the series with a big blow out. CP3 playing as usual the Point God. First finals appearance for most of the Phoenix Suns players, and they're the only team who hasn't suffered major injuries. So, there's a huge chance for them to win it all this post season.
Right, it was a close out game that is for the ages, scored 41 points and then taunting Beverly, Lol, pushing him and he is thrown out of the game, what a cerebral player.

I remember just before the playoffs began, a specific betting website offered $1,000 win for a $100 bet If the Suns win the championship this playoffs. I forget what website was that.
I'm wondering how many people have actually put a bet on that offer lol.
Even here in this thread, we have several discussions back about the chances of Phoenix, which is a long shot, now for those who have outright bet on them in the beginning, they have a good chance to win a windfall here if Suns became the champion.

It's just about time, the closest he got is when he is playing with Houston together with Harden, they are playing the GSW that time and they have a chance, unfortunately, he got injured. Now, he will be happy and proud on reaching his first finals in like 16 years as a NBA player. And the Suns first after 30 years. And with the way he played, I think they will be the favorites against either the Bucks and the Hawks.
Yeah, I also think that the Suns will be favorites in the upcoming final because Chris Paul has a good motivation to win the championship this year, considering that he is 36 years old. I guess it might be the last opportunity for him to get a ring in his career.

CP3 did really took over in the game, he doesn't want to bring the series into game 7.
I don't see the explosiveness of Paul George in this game, he wasn't as aggressive as he was in the last game, so we can really tell that the Suns are more hungry to win than the Clippers.

I guess this is true, but that was before the playoffs. Now the odds of the suns to win the NBA Finals is only $100 to win less than $100.

Wow, Chris paul is playing for his first finals appearance in his career, what a year for this guy, dominating performance, showing lots of moves, I hope he can when this championship so that he will be proud that one time he is a champion, and he is the one leading the team for the ring, good effort from the team, everyone is contributing to the win.

I know most people probably hate Patrick Beverly but I'm sure his temates appreciate not having to play against him lol.  No one would have went at ayton like Patrick did.  Anyway clips need a big 3rd quarter if they are going to pull this out.  Cp3 is too much with a big lead in the 4th to come back on.
I am one of the dudes that don't hate this guy even with all that drama that happened.
He is vocal, motivated, and pumped. He just wants to win in every possible way he can and his contributions made a big impact for the Clippers taking that 2 wins even without Kawhi. They might have lost the Conference Finals but he gave NBA players a big lesson that they cannot mess with him.
Imagine if players play the same way he did. It's like the 80's all over again and NBA won't be called soft anymore.

The great series by the Clippers reaching the first ever WCF finally ended tonight at their own home court, that's the game looks like they needed that Leonard's presence on the court. Good thing for Suns reaching their 3rd Finals appearance and for CP3, at last it's just 1 step for him getting finally a ring if indeed they win this one. #BeLegendary

Any updates on Antetokounmpo's injury? I saw that he suffered a hyperextension of the knee, did he have an ACL tear or sprain?
Let me quote it here with this recent update. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/giannis-antetokounmpo-injury-update-bucks-star-avoids-serious-damage-to-knee-listed-as-doubtful-for-game-5/
Quote
After undergoing an MRI and additional testing Wednesday, Giannis' initial diagnosis was confirmed as he suffered no structural damage to his left knee as his ligaments remain intact, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Still, the Bucks are listing the big man as doubtful for Game 5.

Well CP3 was on fire in this last game, deserved the win, he will definitely play as much as he can in these finals and I believe (in my opinion)  the Hawks will beat the Bucks, I feel Atlanta is playing with more desire and determination.

I like seeing Cousins get so many minutes lately and playing so well. Gives me hope he might still be able to come back healthy at some point. The Suns are looking like they really don’t want to see a game 7. These last few minutes are sure to be some great basketball on ESPN if you’re currently near a television.
Yes, me too, I'm very happy to see players like Cousins, DRose, Carmelo Anthony and others, having opportunities to play basketball again and show their work, and who knows in future to play an All-Star Game!!? I hope that one day that can happen, maybe.

Yeah, it looks like this is the end for the Los Angeles Clippers and Finally, the Suns reach the NBA Finals for the first time since 1976. It was a great battle between them and the Clippers. the fans should be satisfied with the kind of play they showed us. Whoever wins in the Eastern Conference Finals will have a hard time facing the Phoenix Suns because they are aiming for their first NBA championship win.
Last time it was Steve Nash but just reached the Western Conference Finals and losing against the Lakers with a broken nose against the Spurs first. It was a hard fought series but they didn't make it.
Now Suns is back on the map. CP3 addition to their roster was fruitful, a good decision by the Phoenix management.
It was an unsportsman finish but that defines the playoffs, the heat of the game should always be like that. Beverley taking us back to the Pistons era.  Grin
Cheers for the Suns fans. I am betting for the West to win this year. Sorry Hawks or Bucks.

Lol, yeah he got the block but hit Ayton so hard in the head that its called a flagrant foul.

Suns still leading going into the third, we haven't heard so much of Paul George he is on a shooting slump in this game. We need to see Playoff Paul if they want to win in this game as the Suns as taken control up to this point. Booker and Paul providing the offense and Ayton in the middle.

13 point lead by the Suns, Paul George getting the touches he needed and score. However, the Suns is really playing high intensity offense. It seems the Clippers doesn't have any legs on the 3rd quarter.

Chances for the Clippers are getting thinner, unless someone, like Reggie Jackson or Mann exploded again and close the gap entering the fourth.

It's time for the Bucks to show the world that they are not only relying on Giannis to win.
We have high paid superstar, Lopez, Middleton and Holiday should be able to handle this and protect their home by winning game 5.

I don't think I agree here.  The Bucks do need Giannis to win.  He's the heart of their entire system.  Without him they're a bunch of average NBA players or aging former all star candidates.  I don't think the Hawks are anywhere near the top of NBA teams either, and it's a bit of a mystery how they managed to get this far, but it's looking very promising for them to reach the Finals without Giannis in the picture.  All you can do is hope his knee heals miraculously overnight so he's good to go tomorrow.

Bottom line, without Giannis in the picture, you might as well start passing out rings after the western conference finals.

Of course they really need Giannis because he is the leader of this team, without him will be hard pressed for others to play without their star. Yes, Middleton is there, but I would say that he is inconsistent, he only exploded in 1 game, while Giannis is putting MVP numbers.

I guess the Hawks has nothing to lose that's why they are playing hard to even reach this far. They beat a good team in NYK in the first round and upset the Sixers in the semis. Now in the finals, what more can they ask for but just to play hard every night with or without Trae Young.

Lopez, Middleton, and Holiday are also the keys to why Milwaukee Bucks become one of the contenders in the Eastern Conference. If we removed all superstars on the teams on the East, Milwaukee Bucks is still on their best lineup or maybe at the top.

They can defeat the Hawks even without Giannis but I agree with you that on Finals, it's a no-brainer to think that they don't need Giannis. Hoping he can recovers if they will able to pass the Hawks and enter the NBA Finals.

They struggle sometimes with giannis.  Middleton is a good pippin to Jordan.  Pippen on his own was good but was not leading a team across the finish line. Most all teams will need their top players to win the chip regardless of the team or the name.
