I don't see Bucks having a disadvantage if Giannis won't play. They still far have the better lineup. On the other hand, the Hawks don't have their main guy too so it's just equal if ever both won't play the next game and so.

If the Hawks were able to adjust without Trae then Bucks should do the same. But whoever wins on that series, it's now necessary to have their main guy play. With the remaining teams battling for the chip, Phoenix Suns is the only team playing with the healthy lineup currently.

It's time for the Bucks to show the world that they are not only relying on Giannis to win.
We have high paid superstar, Lopez, Middleton and Holiday should be able to handle this and protect their home by winning game 5.

I don't think I agree here. The Bucks do need Giannis to win. He's the heart of their entire system. Without him they're a bunch of average NBA players or aging former all star candidates. I don't think the Hawks are anywhere near the top of NBA teams either, and it's a bit of a mystery how they managed to get this far, but it's looking very promising for them to reach the Finals without Giannis in the picture. All you can do is hope his knee heals miraculously overnight so he's good to go tomorrow.

Bottom line, without Giannis in the picture, you might as well start passing out rings after the western conference finals.

I have a feeling that Giannis might not be able to play in the series anymore. He has been a major help for the team as they are their star player, but with Giannis injury, it might aggravate if he forced to play, of course, he doesn't want to end up like KD that has aggravated his injury before and missed the whole season because of that decision.

I guess, with or without him, Bucks would be able to handle the Hawks, and it will be a close series game.

He won't be back in game 5, that's according to the latest update.

Hawks - Bucks series is going on great. In the fourth leg of the series, Hawks managed to beat Bucks 110-88. And it's 2-2 now.

I can't say that there was a player who played really awesome. There was a teamplay at both teams. Players had similar statistics.

Trae Young couldn't play because of an injury. And unfortunately, Giannis had a left knee problem during the game. I hope that these players both get well and we can see them in the next game.

Trae didn't leave his team, that's the good side of him. He stayed on the sidelines to cheer for them. Leaders like him make a huge impact on the team if they meant every support they could give.
Doesn't need to force it, all he has to do is trust his teammates to take the win and they did.
Cam Reddish given minutes was all worth it contributing 2/3 in 3 points, 2 steals, and 1 block. Surprising. We got to see bench players wake up their ability in a nail-biting ECF.

Trae is a wonderful entertainer and a great player but lets not give him credit for every single thing, next stop is giving him credit for breathing.

Almost all players who get injured to watch their teams at home, and if they are fine and not in the middle of an important recovery process (like lets say surgery or requires resting) then they may even go to road games as well. This game was in Atlanta anyway so him being there on the conference finals of Hawks... for the first time ever? Or probably first time in many decades, is something we can all agree to say a normal thing, that is not a shocker, it is expected.

Giannis however looked like he had a horrible situation, him walking back to bench could be a good sign but at the same time in the sport injury world I have seen different situations, Kobe walked away after hitting his free throws, WITH AN ACL INJURY, I have seen people act like they died from something minor, so we can't really say how serious it is by just seeing him walk.

Atlanta is playing very good and had the lead before Giannis is injured. So I will say that it's not the only reason why the Hawks won. Bucks is shooting horrendously in that game, you can see that they didn't even hit 100 points and the top scorer is Jrue Holiday with 19 points. So credit the Hawks, not the Giannis injury for their big win without Trae Young.

Cam Reddish came in big too, we haven't seen him in the Hawks playoff games, but he was inserted and really impacted the game with his defense. John Collins who I expect to somewhat carry the team, just scored 4 points. But Lou Williams and Bogdanovic and Gallinari do the damage early and Bucks can't recover from the lead that the Hawks built in the first quarter.

That's valid

the impact of seeing your best player having that injury worries you much, instead of using it as inspiration it turned to the other side and lower the moral of each players. Hawks use this situation to keep attacking and luckily they've got those 3's that really pull them up to make wider leads not to allow bucks to settle and have a good rally to keep the distance near.

Game 5 is very important for both squad winner will have a better edge to win this series..

I can’t believe that an Atlanta Hawks vs Phoenix Suns Finals matchup looks like a strong possibility at the moment.
