Yes, yes, yes!
Denver Nuggets broke the winning streak of Utah Jazz.
I never doubted them. The good part? Jazz had Mitchell back on their roster and still made a win.
47 points for Jokic to tie his career-high.
We witnessed the difference between Gobert and Jokic here. One specialized in defense and the other with offense and playmaking.
Jazz tried to get near the Nuggets lead but it was not enough.

It was bound to happen eventually. The Nuggets are a good team so there’s no shame in losing one to them. They still played great so I think they’ll be back to winning again in no time. Jokic really is a special talent. If he can continue working his body into playing shape he will only get better.

Yes, sooner or later that streak will have to come to an end, specially how some teams have superstars that in any given day that really explode like what Jokic have in the game. Indeed, it was a monster game from the Joker, with 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Nothing can be taken against Gobert though, he play good defense, but Jokic doing a floater on him? Really hard to stop that.

Remember when the Denver Nuggets upsets the Los Angeles Clippers last NBA playoffs. I think this is one of the secret weapons of Nuggets when the Joker plays his game. The Western Conference is surely scary The Lakers should watch out for these teams.

What an insaaane game between Nets and Wizards. Westbrook looked like he was on a mission to beat Durant and he managed to do so. Down by 5 in under 40 secs and Beal makes an incredible running 3 and then Westbrook steals the ball and swishes a 3 to give Wizards a 1 point lead. What looked like a dead game with Nets win, turned around due to lapse in concentration by Joe Harris.

Game ends with Wizards 149 - 146 Nets.
there is an inbound error for Brooklyn that make way for the wizard and Brodie who made the shot, no hesitation just like when he is in OKC, that is when you have three players asking for the ball in dying seconds, the inbounder panic, but a great game, they should have sealed the game, and use some clock but great performances, from both team star players, Brooklyn could have done better on that play.

If Utah Jazz was able to keep that late momentum, Nuggets might be on the topic right now because of chokes. Cheesy

But I like how Nuggest showcases their dominance in that game. They control the game since the start. Let's give credits too for his 4 teammates that managed to produce double-digit points. Mitchell is off-night on that game as the Nuggets able to defend him properly.

Brooklyn Nets signed Iman Shumpert. This might be their missing piece in that puzzle. Nets rotation looks stronger now.

It's official, the 11 win streak of the Utah Jazz are now stopped.

Leading scorer for the Nuggets,  Jokic with 47 points, and a little extra of 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 1 block, overall a good performance by the Joker.

I'm glad that it's over. It was a stupid run. Who expected that kind of performance from Utah? Smiley
Jokic is playing in God-mode. Too bad he's in a team that wouldn't see more than Conference Semis though.

Good win by the Nuggets, they were in control of the game, Jazz had a little run but that was not enough as Nuggets also come back to get back to their comfortable lead.

Final score : 117- 128

Looks likes the hot streak of the Jazz will end tonight.

Nuggets having a good start here, 16 points lead already (48-32), if Jazz will be able to come back and win that will be another great success for them.
Good luck for those who are rooting for the streak to continue, I think Nuggets will end this win streak tonight.
You probably right that Utah will lose this game. Jazz looks good as usual, but Nuggets looks unstoppable because they scored 79 points and made 15 of 17 from the three-point line in the first half of the match. Shocked
That shooting was the reason why Jazz can't keep up with the Nuggets. Anyway, 3rd quarter now, let's see how the Jazz will respond, if they'll come back, that would really be awesome, but chances are very low.  Jokic already in 35 points, I think 50 points is easy for him tonight.

Oops. Jazz are coming back, they make it a single digit lead only and only 12 points lead by the Nuggets entering the 4th quarter.

Still plenty of time, 12 minutes is enough to come back and win, good luck Jazz, let the streak continue.  Grin

West is quite tight once again, I wonder what is going to happen, every team is quite good this year again. Spurs was 4th a game ago, now they are 9th after just one loss. It means that just like last year whoever ends up at the 8th spot could be decided with just one game.

Currently, the winning percentage of those teams at 4th spot to 10th are tight so you will really some big leap on the standing even just for a single game result. Take a look at Memphis Grizzlies sitting at 5th spot with 8 wins but the Spurs with 11 wins are in 9th because of total games played and winning percentage.

Anyways, that's always the scenario in the Western Conference, a tight standing wherein when you put the 8th spot on the East, it will end up on 4th or 5th. Last season, it's only in the Western Conference that ends up in a special play-in game due to tight standing on the last spot of the playoffs. I'm not sure if the same system will be applied this year or back to the usual.

Usually the team at the 8th spot gets swept so it is not really a big deal but going to playoffs still means a lot, even if you get swept in the first round that means you are going to play at least 2 games in your home court and means more money, even if there are no fans on stands you make more money from the tv rights, and more money means owner is more inclined to get players and go over luxury tax. Look at Warriors, they went over the tax so many years in a row and even built a new stadium but they were capable of doing it with the amount of rings they have won and earned money as well.

Sorry to hear that, better luck next time game, sometimes things really came out unexpected, just like this game. If I bet on the Bulls, I would be too confident already that they'll win with that few seconds, but really 'sh*t happens"... lol

Thinking that your bet is already a win since the team you pick can just hold the ball and consume the time till it ends. But as long as there's a time left anything can happened.

Like what happened to this game where Lilard once again showed his stardom and bring the win to Blazers
he simply amazing, he's heart and eagerness to win is always been there, a good example of being the star
of your team, not letting your team down when you are needed the most. Dame another big one for him! Wink

What a fun game with GSW vs Pistons.
Although I did lose my bet for Pistons, Curry displayed why he was the best 3 point shooter once again.
Bombarded them with 6/8 behind the 3 point line and got the blowout win against the Pistons to rest early.

The fun part: The post-game interview with Klay and Steph Curry.

Fun game from the GSW squad... Curry has a commanding presence in the game and the level of confidence between team was 💯.
The west is going through some high reforms and their game is becoming increasingly interesting by each.

Another loss for LA Lakers Griffin just firing up, .....

Finally Griffin had a good game, This is his best game of the season, last 2 games, he only scored single digit. I hope he will continue playing like that, he needs to be consistent now as Pistons seems to be improving a lot.
The lakers are different when AD is not on the floor, Gasol presence inside is unnoticeable, he should be more aggressive inside, although we know he is a bit old I know he can still ball, Harrell does a decent job, pistons outside shooting are on the spot, the good game I thought lakers should win but, pistons does it harder this game.

It's just one game against the Lakers though, Lakers are still a better team than the Pistons and sometimes even good teams has a bad night so it's alright, I was just happy to see that Griffin finally scoring a double digit which he usually does, even him his production has also decrease a bit.

I really thought that as well, seems like the Lakers are just having a bad night and like luck is not on their side, While griffin on their other games are just having a single-digit score seem all his other game was his bad night, but this goes to show that anything can really happen even though you are Jordan or Kobe there is surely a time that they as well are having a hard time scoring their shots.

I don't know how Griffin does that but it seems that he is just lucky that night while playing with the Lakers.

New Orleans Pelicans vs Houston Rockets
Golden State Warriors vs. Detroit Pistons
I just won Houston rocket at this time. what the 1 point portland, Damian Lillard going to the buzzer beater, In the last shot (3 points) he bring the portland to be a winner. damn!.

That's what you called a real superstar, he does not panic and he never give up. There was only few seconds left in the clock and Bulls had a good lead but he never give up, he made 2 3 point shot to win the game, Lillard the man.
Imagine on having that 5 point lead by Bulls on last 24.5 seconds on the last quarter but they do still able to close it out with 2 3's in 11.5 seconds left on the game.
It was a tough shot but that jump ball decision did really give out some chance for them to have the possession of the ball.
Damn Lillard! I lost my bet.  Cry

I was already preparing to log-in into my sportsbook  account and readying up for some cash out or take profit specially on that last 30 seconds of the game which 5 point lead
isnt something that a certain team could able to pull off on few seconds.I did actually smash out the chair beside me when those 3's did actually bangs out.

Shit do really happens and better luck next time to me. Well played Lillard well played.
