I honestly doubt that when you look at their schedule. In the next 10 games they will play 2x vs Clippers, 76s, Bucks, Celtics and Pacers. Don't
Yeah, maybe 5-6 streaks with their schedule now then adding the pressure of being on top could change the pace of the game.

The Brooklyn Hydra  Grin won it again with an intense game against the Clippers.
With their new rebounder named James Harden.  Grin
That long pass he did to Green was something else. Who would attempt to make an act like that?
If the receiver didn't catch it or stolen he will sure be disciplined by Coach Nash.

Is he going to play tomorrow against the Clippers? This is hell of a match and we'll see a match between two good teams.

Hard to decide where I'll be if Nets is complete tomorrow.
It's confirmed that Harden should be ready for game tonight, but even with him back my money will be on the Clippers. I do expect tough game though, best offensive vs one of the best defensive teams.
I agree with you here, Nets has been struggling with their defense and I think that's what the Clippers are going to abuse tonight.
More inside points and they can easily win this game.

Good luck mate, let's hope for our win.

On the contrary, it was a close game, Nets was able to pull through, 124-120.

it was Kyrie with a big game, 39 points to lead the big 3. Really hard to guard the 3 All-Star, specially that Pat Bev is not on the floor. He could have make Kyrie or Harden work very hard bringing the ball down.

Paul George though wasn't able to get the call as he is limited to 1 free throw in the game.

I guess this is still relevant. What can you say about the recent news about Lebron James and that woman who has her husband got ejected in the courtside. The article includes the video of the woman mouthing on the courtside.

I guess this fans wasn't kicked out for talking sh*t to LeBron, that lady wasn't wearing her mask when she was told many times, thus that's the primary reason why the security was forced to eject them off the court.
If you can see LeBron's reaction, he wasn't that mad maybe the security and even the officials heard something unnecessary and went below the belt while exchanging words with LeBron.

Sometimes, the fans needs to be respectful. I know they're a LeBron hater even before reading the article, but yelling unnecessary things to these professional athletes would sometimes put you in a bad light and resulted to being ejected.
This happened many times, but it's so unfortunate this happened now that there were only limited fans that are allowed in the building.
Looks like the woman is blocked on Twitter and she delivered her hate personally to LeBron James on the court side. Pfffffffttttttt those haters and naysayers all they gonna do is fvcking mind others businesses as if LeBron would care about her barking. Good thing that NBA allows now few fans on the court side but I think fans should always observe what protocol management has set before entering. Even Kyrie got advised not to hug Adebayo, she should have known that. Grin
That was her biggest mistake in life, LeBron is not just a public figure, but for sure any opportunity she has before will be in jeopardy, also his husband job will be in trouble, if I'm not mistaken he's into the wine business, he might end up being fired for it, I think the woman just wants attention but in a very bad way, instead of getting attention in a good way end up, screwing things a lot worse on their side, she should have watched the game and keep it to herself.

Well, I am more excited watching Jazz and Nuggets now. Could Jazz repeat that long streak again?
I honestly doubt that when you look at their schedule. In the next 10 games they will play 2x vs Clippers, 76s, Bucks, Celtics and Pacers. Don't get me wrong, 11 games winning streak they did wasn't easy at all no matter the opponents and I am their big fan but realistically, beside Bucks and Nuggets, rest of the teams they faced were average at best. Lucky for them that they play against Pistons tonight, so that is a good chance to get back on the track immediately vs one of the worst teams in the league.

Well, I have been following LaMelo Ball's performance for a while now, and I realized that he is managing to maintain consistency in his acting.
Do you think he's one of the favorites to win the rookie of the year award?

Are there other players?

I think he stood out among the rest, it's a unanimous win for him this season if he continues to be consistent, Lamelo is just a rookie but the team already trusted him so much, that simply says he will be the future star of the team.

according to the betting odds, https://www.sportsbettingdime.com/nba/rookie-of-the-year-odds/

Lamelo is the favorites with -125, so he has not failed our expectation.
I definitely agree that Lamelo has a chance to win the rookie of the year, however he has something that other players do not have, which is a star on his position at his team. James wiseman doesn't get that much minutes neither, he gets 21 minutes, Anthony Edwards gets 26 minutes which a rookie can hope to get, whereas Lamelo gets 25 minutes on a team that has Terry Rozier as starter and suddenly dude is getting minutes even from him. That is why I think Lamelo definitley deserves ROTY award if he gets it, but I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't get it neither.

I believe this dude is definitely on a path that would allow him to be a great player in the future, he definitely needs to figure out how to shoot a lot better, he chucked up 40 foothers when he was 14 years old or so but this is NBA and you need better mechanics. If Blake Griffin can become a good shooter so can anyone, I feel like Lamelo needs to work out with Blakes shooting coach. That would make him elite level.

This was the reason why we didn't see James Harden in this game.

Nets' James Harden (thigh contusion) out vs. Wizards

He will be back soon, don't worry we will see the big 3 playing together again, but their defense is the worse to be honest.
I hope that he recovers fastly.

They need to play the game tomorrow as an all-out team because it might be a preview of the NBA finals. If they can play well with Houston Rockets tomorrow then we will have another great battle in the NBA finals if those two teams will face each other in the Finals. However, they need to make sure they won't choke like the last time especially that Clippers when they faced the Nuggets last season.

Does anyone know what is with the unlucky situation Nets keep having? We have seen Harden playing awesome 2 nights ago and they won, but they lacked Durant that game, now I checked and Harden was missing but durant was there?
Load management or they are just protecting their stars.
Because of their injury history Nets management might not want to maximize their minutes and use them at full blast in the playoffs.
That's all I can think of the reason behind all of these missing games.
Of course, they won't tell anyone about it and doctors would agree.

Well, I am more excited watching Jazz and Nuggets now. Could Jazz repeat that long streak again?

Honestly I think quickley is going to give a good run for ROY this year.  He has almost taken over the starting spot from elfrid Payton and is always in in tight or late game situations.  He is highly efficient besides a couple game run where he couldn't find the basket.  He plays like a seasoned vet already.  Kid has a nasty floater and can shoot from anywhere but isn't a chucker.

Atlanta Hawks played a home game against LA Lakers last night. Lakers managed to beat them 107-99. Lakers got their 12th away win in this season. On Hawks side, T. Young made a double-double (25 points, 16 assists). Collins got 22 points, 7 rebounds. Capela also made a double-double (16 points, 13 rebounds). On Lakers side, A. Davis got 25 points. Lebron got 21 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists.

Hopefully he's okay now, as per news update he's expecting to play tomorrow.

It's a great game since they'll be facing another great team, heavy favorite Clippers will test this new trio. Let see if how things will work
after harden's injury, he's doing great after the transfer to Nets, chemistry is now starting to builds up as this trio is really working to carry one another.

Thanks for the info, I didn't research on google what happened to be honest. Talking about the defense, I agree, they can not be worse on that. If you keep an eye on Kyrie Irving defense, it is like his opponent is playing alone. I suppose that they have to play 3 games per week and the defense level can not be too high for some players (like Kyrie in this case) but it is pathetic watch a NBA game and nobody defense a sh...t.

This team is underrated, and I Like backing them against the most favorite teams in the NBA, just recently they beat the Bucks by 12 points.

Bucks is not that a threat although they should win in that game against the Hornets.

Hornets is not underrated. They aren't just recognized.

I will wait if they can able to get a slot in the playoffs.

Yes, I also agree with you. I confess that I would never imagine LaMello standing out like he is now, especially in the 1st year of the league.

If he continues doing a good job and being consistent, I don't doubt him winning the prize.
Who knows if in the future he will not be the star of the team? Although there are other players who are good and can improve performance, for example, Rozier and Hayward

Hayward is not doubt the star of the team now, that's pretty evident by his contract with the team. However, he is already at 30 and soon retirement will come. Hornets as a team is not consistent also but we are just amaze that there's a name Lamelo Ball who pop op every time they have a good win.

This team is underrated, and I Like backing them against the most favorite teams in the NBA, just recently they beat the Bucks by 12 points.
Yes, true. I would like to see Hayward as he played in Jazz, he was really good and he was the reference in the team, but unfortunately with that injury when he was signed to Celtis I feel that he is no longer the same

LaMello may have Hayward as a player reference and an example to be followed, as LaMello has a great career ahead of him
