I guess head will need to roll and in this case it's command responsibility. There's a lot of hype when they got Kawhi and the Playoff P or shall we shall Layoff P now. So much promise to meet LA in the conference finals. What makes it worst is that they blew off their huge lead and was never able to even get as close to beat Denver in the last 3 games as they choke.

Spo coaching Lebron was like ten years ago, for sure Lebron has evolved and so is coach Spo. And I agree that he is like running a mini GSW play specially in game 6, Herro and Robinson was moving without the ball and then hitting outside shots and 3's like Klay and Steph during their championships run. And speaking of Klay, https://warriorswire.usatoday.com/2020/09/25/klay-thompson-makes-return-to-warriors-practice-for-first-time-since-suffering-knee-injury/.

Jimmy is good but he will not be defending Lebron more often, the best gift Miami had this season was getting a healthy Andre Iguodal because he "owns" Lebron, in fact I had already put my bet in the NBA Finals for Andre Iguodala to win Finals MVP.

Also, coach spo knows Lebron, he was his coach when Bron played with Miami, this is a great interesting series and I'm expecting that this will happen again.

Andre Iguodala is worst NBA Finals MVP in last 30 years

Are sure Iguodala is healthy? He seems like been rusty now without the support of the good players like what he had before in the Golden State. I believe curry, thompson and durant would be the best candidate for MVP in winning a crucial game with their ability to score with high percentage at three point goal area. But this is not what the board usually will look at because they consider more the other statistics. But if would to decide I will chose an MVP that coule come up in the last minute of playing basketball to carry and win the game.

A lot of news articles just popped out and I've noticed it. It's hard to move on from that situation if its for the Clippers management.

Where do you think Doc will go next or which team will adopt him? just any thought

@3.86 odds if Heat win the Championhip - worth to put up a gamble by those Heat fans while supporting the team.

I'll take that.  Grin
I want to see who will defend Lebron. Will it be Jimmy Butler? It would be a nice match up. Use Butler as a defensive player and a playmaker on offense.
Did Eric Spoelstra put in some GSW plays in this team?
I see Robinson and Herro running around without the ball just like Steph and Klay.
They should also copy the switching techniques in defense since I am looking at a lot of switch to put Lebron with a weak defender like Robinson and Herro.

This is expected. The scapegoat.
Good find.

Lakers vs Heat.

Not sure, there are fans that's really hate Lakers regardless of who are they going to face. But to be fair with Miami, they are underrated and that's make them very dangerous. They have a experience coach and everyone is really contributing. So don't count them out yet, they might pull the biggest surprised this season. Herro and Robinson are fun to watch as well, so I'm sure this is going to be a close series.
I forgot about the haters. True, that whichever is the roster for the team haters gonna be haters forever.

We will start to see the clash of this finals within a couple of days.

Just some news about Doc Rivers getting kicked.

I think this comes down to Lebron and Davis vs Jimmy Butler and I'll take two superstars over one ( and I love Jimmy Butler as a Bulls fan ) but I think Lebron and the Lakers take this down and we once again have to hear about all this nonsense that Lebron is the Goat ( MJ is the goat and this inevitable champ win by Lebron wont change that ).

I've just noticed those memes that I've seen on social media pages. It's about Kostas and Jr Smith. Another who's sharing with those vibes? I'm not demeaning them.

But these meme makers are very funny to think of those memes with these two, I mean there's a lot of it but because it's the finals. These two were noticed.

Well, you better share that memes here as I didn't see it.

Jr. Smith? what about him, making costly mistakes again in the NBA Finals? I wish he will be high again so Miami has a chance.. but I doubt he will get good minutes this time, haven't seen him playing in the Nuggets series though.

Ok, another bets...
seems like I'll have to go with the Lakers this time, any idea on whose going to be or the nominated players for MVP this season?

We already have a winner.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Wins 2019-2020 NBA MVP Award

In the NBA Finals, the NBA will also choose a winner and mostly it's from the winning team.

If Lakers will win, it could be Lebron James or Anthony Davis.

if Heat wins, it could be Butler or Bam.

.. somehow in my mind where the current set-up where no crowd or this pandemic health protocol situation where it did give some effects?

Same thought before. However, yes, shouldn't be an excuse.

They are all professional players and already made several games before reaching the playoffs. NBA even put up a pre-season matches in the bubble to somehow give those players a warm-up for a new normal.

We can analyze it more in Games 1 and 2.
It's difficult to just assume now since the Heat is really a good team.

This is correct. We can speculate more after we have seen an actual game between them.

Miami Heat surprise everyone as the only few team in the NBA that finishes around 5th spot and able to enter the NBA Finals so I can't consider them as "easy to handle" like others are saying.

Shucks, I was expecting Celtics to win the conference finals, oh well. Would've fueled their rivalry with Lakers even more had they met in the finals.

Anyway, it's too early to tell which of them has the best chance of winning, but I'm expecting it not to be rosy as Heat's for the most part been winning against or finishing with just a few less points under the teams they faced this season.

Finals MVP.
Bam Adebayo or Jimmy Butler for Miami Heat.
Lebron James or Anthony Davis for Los Angeles Lakers.

Those 4 mentioned names are very  anticipated but for the finals MVP it's still depends from how they will performed, remember way back when Iggy win the finals MVP most of us expect that it will Steph that will get it.

Bucks played amazing on regular season but they have Giannis to show for, maybe Middleton and bledsoe looked like good players too but they weren't really stars. You can check all the teams Miami won over and none of them had Lebron King James and also Anthony Davis, these are just way too good players to let a team like Miami win the championship.

They have shooters. They have Butler who can shoot anywhere and then Bam. I think it might become a good match up.
Just worried who will be the back in case Bam gets in foul trouble. Lakers have 3 big men on the line.

That's the huge advantage of Lakers, having that 7footers to dominate the boards, while in case of Miami they have a good ball rotations they are not forcing anything, what's good to see now is there's no real huge gaps as Miami is also competitive and ready to take every opportunities to opened up for them.

I do not believe that same thing that happened to all the teams on east would happen to Lakers, situation is not the same here as it was in other series.

Celtics lost and they had Kemba walker and Jason tatum and jaylen brown and what I believe role players for rest, and to have those three as your stars is not really enough to be in the finals most of the time anyway, might have been enough this year because Miami doesn't look beast but if they were on west they would have been gone in first round.

Its not a valid excuse but who knows that those teams that do have superstars and known ace players might be able to take that finals spot if the we are on that normal situation.Well this is just my own view because
when it comes to skills and gameplay then it doesnt matter on when and where you do play.

Lots had been expecting for LA to go to the finals but totally different when it comes to Heat since as you mentioned that they dont really have those good players or popular ones but they do prove out
that we're wrong.

Miami vs Lakers would be interesting. Miami was LeBron's former team so we'll see how he'd play against them.
Miami Heat has an updated roster and only Haslem was a former teammate of Lebron in the 13/14 season.
So, I think James will turn on god mode as usual in finals.

Yes they are new sets of players, very underrated lineup and now we've seen their capabilities, LeBron can't do it alone as Miami have defensive players who can delayed his offensive attacks, people like Iggy, Butler and Crowder all have the speed that can stay close to
LeBron. Lakers needs to play as a whole and not to lean that much with LeBron and AD.

Lakers are favorites in the finals, but Boston was favorite as well, and many other teams that were not in the finals from East side, so everything is possible in this play-off, but i do think that Lebron want this title, and Lakers will play each match to win, and get four wins till the end, no matter if four or seven matches played

when speaking of Boston - Miami, great play by Adebayo last night, and he took Miami to the finals, while Dragic was on the bench almost whole fourth quarter

@casperBGD this series it’s not just about winning, but it’s also about proving a point for James who had shared that he had burned bridges when he had left his former team (Miami) to join the lakers, hence I’m expecting tensions to run high between these two teams. Furthermore Miami Heat is the first number 5 seed to reach the finals, but can they actually cause an upset here?.

Sources:

Of course there will be tension as this is the finals. And for the record though, Lebron's former team is Cleveland. Yes he did play for Miami and that was almost 10 years ago. The tension will be for the NBA finals but not because James will be facing Miami, all the players of Miami is very new and most of players that James have played while he is still in Miami has either retired or moved to other teams. Only coach Eric is the left-over.

Lakers vs Heat.

Former team of Lebron James versus his current team will match at the end of NBA 2020. It`s nice to see Miami as it returns in Finals. Hope they will give a beautiful season even they are underdog in Lakers. If they win the finals and become champion, it is a slap to Lebron because even without him, Miami can grab the victory. Well, it might become a tough for them to do that specially, the line up of LA is really tough.

Lakers fan because they are dominated right now. Just kidding.
