After Yesterday's trade Celtics got Xavier Tillman, Grizzlies got Lamar Stevens and two future second round picks. Celtics expanded their roster for this season with a better role player.
Today is the trade deadline day. How many trades do you expect? There are a lot of rumors but no done deal yet.

It was a good trade for the Celtics because Tillman can be a good addition to their defense. However, the only concern regarding him is if he can keep his game without getting injured all throughout to the playoffs.
The Sixers will add more depth with Buddy Hield acquisition, I guess he's a good upgrade offensively for the team.
Hayward to OKC will be another notable trade. I'm not sure if this went through. These are just some of the notable trade so far that I've read in the social media.
Looks like the Lakers just decided to keep DLo after his stellar performance after the trade rumors regarding him. He was inconsistent before the rumor, but suddenly became aggressive and consistent after learning that the Lakers were serious about the trade. It could've been a waste of talent if the Lakers pursue the trade lol.

Leon rose was cooking today.  I might be biased as a knicks fan but landing bogdanovich and Burks for 4 bench players and not having to give up any first round picks is a score.  Knicks needed bench scoring and now have 5 guys shooting over 40% from 3.  2 of the bench players never even saw the court, q grimes hurts but gotta give to get.  Knicks got way better today.  Now they just need to get healthy and then the east is now on notice.
No bias here whatsoever. I'll agree with what you said.

Having Bogdanovich alone is a big win for the Knicks already knowing that they only traded some bench players, but adding Burks that is shooting close to 40% on the three-point area is a huge win for them. TBH, I'm considering them the winner right now over the Pacers who got Siakam. Yes, having Siakam is a big addition to the team, but adding Anunoby which is a defensive player, Bogdanovich, and Burks which are both sharpshooters is a better pick (at least for me). For sure, Spike Lee is happy with this one.

Siakam to Pacers seems to be the biggest trade for me. I mean maybe I haven't seen anything bigger, but that looks like a good one for the Pacers. They only gave up a few players and some picks, but Siakam should be able to contribute a lot more to them.
If we will consider single trades then Siakam would be, but in terms of the players that each team got on this trade season, the Knicks are at the top. I already said it, but imagine getting a defensive player, and 2 sharpshooters for a bunch of role players? That's a huge win for them.

In a move I can’t say I really understand, the Suns decided to trade most of their bench for Royce O’Neale.
O'Neale is a defensive minded player, and the Suns are at the bottom of the standings in terms of defensive rating, so I guess they considered adding him.

Well, it has come to an end, and we didn't see any big players getting traded aside from Siakam which happened many weeks ago. Hawks-Lakers trade? Nah, f*ck it because both teams decided to let their players stay. Russell has been playing pretty well in their last games as their starting PG which might affected his status on the Lakers. Nevertheless, I expected big names getting traded, but in the end, we are seeing bunch of role players getting traded, bunch of role players getting waived, etc.

with Doc Rivers, bucks looks worse too hence why I think Pacers may actually have a slight chance if Siakam deal works.

I think the Bucks might have patched up the biggest hole in their roster by trading for Pat Beverley, I mean we all know what the Bucks lost in Jrue Holiday which Damian Lillard couldn't make up for defensively, I believe that's exactly what Pat Bev brings to the table, and IIRC he's no stranger to working with Doc Rivers. I don't agree that the Bucks actually look worse under Doc in charge given the circumstance he's played more games on the road, and not even he's best guys being healthy enough or available together, I believe these are things beyond being the head coach that needs to be considered, I guess we'll find out whose got what and the most chances now that the trade deadline and everyone is gotta make a run for it just with what they have right now.

Bucks seems desperate to add a defender to their as they look to add Beverley to their roster. That dynamic is going to look interesting hehe.
And not just that, they're one of the teams that are showing interest into getting Dennis Schroder. They surely want to take this season's ring but not just them are taking some time to take chances with having a better trade.

NBA rumors: Bucks emerge as Dennis Schroder trade suitor

Siakam to Pacers seems to be the biggest trade for me. I mean maybe I haven't seen anything bigger, but that looks like a good one for the Pacers. They only gave up a few players and some picks, but Siakam should be able to contribute a lot more to them.

Considering they are already sixth seed, it feels like we are talking about something that may not be all that hard to handle for them to get higher, if Siakam fits the system and they work well together, they should definitely find themselves at a higher level.
It really takes time for him and the rest of Pacers to get along with. But sure it is one of the best deals and Pacers won that trade. And just recently for Hornets, they've made a trade.

Reports: Thunder get Gordon Hayward in trade with Hornets

In a move I can’t say I really understand, the Suns decided to trade most of their bench for Royce O’Neale. I can’t say I know how this makes them better. It seems like they gave up a couple decent prospects for an aging bench player, but maybe he’s got some special skills or something. Hope there are better trades than this being discussed right now.
They exchanged Watanabe who is also good at shooting but O'Neale can provide the same and it also comes with defensive capabilities. They also get a young Roddy who is a decent bench player in my opinion. This looks like a fair trade to me.
- Watanabe to the Grizz
- 3 future second round picks to the Nets

Bucks seems desperate to add a defender to their as they look to add Beverley to their roster. That dynamic is going to look interesting hehe.

But Golden State has a huge lead in the game, down 5 minutes and I  think it's pick up basketball from now on. Just a matter on what will be the final score.

I had them at -3.5 at halftime, and I have a good chance that it might hit and give me the Dubs.

And there was a meme right now that when Wiggins heard that he was about to be traded for Bobby Portis, he scored 21 points in this game in 23 minutes, Lol. Steph with 9 points, I think it could have broken his record for scoring double digits, not sure how long it is.

10 Rebounds and 21 Points to be precise, right now the Golden State Warriors are creating a new death lineup, and it is sad to say that lineup is without Klay Thompson and Kevon Looney, with his completely progressing skill Jonathan Kuminga is now proving that he belongs to the Main Lineup, and that was a fact right now they really needed him and he is becoming a mini Giannis Antetokoumpo and has almost the same stat as Nikola Jocik for sure many teams will be having a hard time against them, and that new death lineup right now consist of Stephen Curry, Brandon Podziemski, Jonathan Kumingan, Andrew Wiggins, and Draymond Green, Podziemski because even though he is a rookie he got the defense and very much working hard under the rim getting much rebound as he could.

If Embiid can't return for the season, it might very safe to say their season is pretty much over, Tyrese Maxey sure as hell can't carry this team by himself. And as for the Warriors a good vintage Andrew Wiggins surely is one of the recipe they need for stretch to get it right and at least try to make a good run for the season!

Clippers are clawing their way back gradually here in the 2nd Quarter, the lead has been cut to a single digit 8 points lead, with less than a minute for the 1st half. Clippers still have their finger prints on this and it is still pretty much within reach. However, an healthy New Orleans Pelicans roster will be a force to reckon with come the post season!

Actually after hearing that he will be traded and getting 21 points right now but for sure the 76ers really need big men that can help a no-Joel Embiid team right now I think the Warriors will not give in Andrew Wiggins right now for me I don't think that the Warriors will be needing a trade right now so for sure the old team for the Warriors will be staying,

Right now for me, there is no trade needed for the Warriors but the Philadelphia 76ers badly need it now, but for sure they will need a replacement if ever Joel Embiid is not around.

Embiid had a knee surgery, expect that he'll miss the remainder of the season.

Well, obviously this team will struggle as I haven't remembered in the past that they reach the playoffs without Joel Embiid. And that time, they were stronger as they had Harden on the team, but now there's no other superstar that are on the level of Harden who had a lot of playoffs experience and had played in the NBA Finals. The only one I see that could lead the team is Maxey, but he is still young and lack of experience.

Yes when a team that has a lot of superstars, doesn't possess the same kind of star power, it is easy for them to decline in performance. Actually I think that is what is happening with the Sixers right now. And yes they do not have any other superstar in the TV right now. But at the same time, he also had problems with his knees. Even though he is only 29 years of age, it is probably not best to expect him to perform like a superhero at this moment.

Maxey is just too young to lead. He is only 23 years old. And it is going to take a long time for him to actually get the leadership qualities.

But there is still a chance for Embiid to recover this season. Maybe it depends on the development of his healing process.
But we can't expect the same Embiid on that short span of time, and might aggravate his injury if they will force to play him just to lead the team. They have eto remember that Embiid is still a valuable player, they have invested lot on him, so they need to protect as they can trade him in case they'll opt to rebuild.

There are rumors that they will be looking for a big man because they are still planning to get into the playoffs. Experienced big man Kelly Olynyk from the Utah Jazz is on target.

They should be, that has to be the job. Maybe  Kelly Olynyk is an experience big man but he is nowhere near to Embiid in terms  of talent, he is not even the main big man of the Jazz, he can help but not a lot to change this team from a struggling team to a playoff team.

There are mixed news online, some source tells he is ruled out for the season, while others says he will missed 6-8 weeks. It's hard to expect that he'll come back, I think at this early, we should be ready of the possibility that he will not be able to come back anymore and will just be preparing for the next season once he healed up.

Embiid is on the MVP race this season, if he was able to remain healthy, he could win the MVP competition, but here he goes again. I'm not blaming him being out again, we know it could happen so we have to accept it. Good thing Zion still stays healthy until now, this could be his longest season played so far.

I feel bad for Embiid who is once again contending for an MVP title. Also for Nick Nurse who proved to be an able coach, turning the 76ers into one of the very best in the league especially after superstar James Harden left. And of course to the whole 76ers team. They stepped up and became better.

But there is still a chance for Embiid to recover this season. Maybe it depends on the development of his healing process. Scottie Barnes and Trae Young are picked for All-Star game. They replace injured players Julius Randle and Joel Embiid.
Speaking of Scottie Barnes, look at that shot: https://twitter.com/WinkyChrist/status/1755415488132419586

Watching Sixers - Warriors game, first half was balanced but Warriors made 20 points difference in third quarter and close to win the game. Jaden Springer locked Curry in first half. It was first time since 2018 Curry couldn't score from the field in a half.

But Golden State has a huge lead in the game, down 5 minutes and I  think it's pick up basketball from now on. Just a matter on what will be the final score.

I had them at -3.5 at halftime, and I have a good chance that it might hit and give me the Dubs.

This could also be applicable for D'lo because when he heard that he was included in the trading block, he suddenly played like a superstar.  I don't know what the implication is, could it be they want to be traded or wanted to stay at their current team? Regardless, i think these two players are just to inconsistent, they aren't the players a team needed in order to win a championship.

Although for Wiggins, he had proven by winning a championship, but after that his season wasn't impressive, so I guess the Warriors had already made their decision to trade him and get some fresh players that they could use  to secure a playoff spot.

Sixers have been struggling. What they created with Joel Embiid has been slowly diminishing.

3 consecutive losses at home via blowout, this team are sure not gonna qualify in the playoffs. Embiid's contribution are just too huge that the Sixers can't afford to lose, unfortunately Embiid hasn't been so healthy in every season he played, so every effort they made to start with a good standing will just be wasted. I'm thinking now if they'll continue to keep Embiid, they can't expect a championship team, and maybe Embiid will be traded in the future.

IMO, Embiid is like the Davis of Pelicans, when got traded, he won a championship because he doesn't have to carry the team by himself.

Well, I am pretty sure that this is not the fault of only one player. Yes, one player not playing as well as he should definitely is going to affect the team a lot. Especially if he is as important as Embiid.

I am honestly also not confident that this team will be able to qualify for the qualifiers. And that is surly going to be a slap in the face for them. Because almost everyone expects them to do so. Or maybe it is just me I don't know. But I actually expected them to qualify for the playoffs.  If they don't it is really going to be a surprise for me at least.

Next game, they'll be hosting the defending champion, this will be interesting on how they'll bounce back after losing from a team that is already at the bottom of standing. They loss to the worst team, now they are up against the best team.

They need to win against the Nuggets this time since there are tendency for them would play in the NBA playoffs this season since they're both consistent in winning and they really are holding strong not to fall out of the top 6 this time. Let's see what kind of plan they will execute the day after tomorrow in order to win against the defending champion because it is a crucial game to test since they might not get a chance to compete against this team with their star players still healthy this season. The Sacramento Kings were devastated and easily knocked out last season and they won't give up that easily this time we will see.

No one is talking about how well the Pistons played against the Sacramento Kings tonight. Detroit Pistons better when Cade Cunningham isn't playing. Check how many times Cade Cunningham has not played this season and how many times the Pistons have won without him playing.
Also Jaden Ivey had an amazing game scoring a career high of 37 points with 19 of those in the fourth quarter. The Kings didn't play good defense and missed many chances.
Yeah, but it was a big upset by the Pistons, I guess another game that is very unpredictable and I do hope that you didn't include it in your parlay bet? As lately I have been seen you betting on multi-leg and sometimes as single game could have destroyed it for you. Anyhow, just bad night for the Kings, just like Curry just scoring 9 points against the Sixers, but they still win. Kings though is not known for their defense, they are more of a run and gun team and very quick on transition because of Fox and Sabonis can also run for a big guy. Ivey lead the Pistons with a huge 3 point performance, and there are other players too, who help the Pistons get this huge win in their own homecourt. And for sure fans are frustrated seeing your team losing to Pistons.
This would easily call betting on the Sacramento Kings on their next game. I like this team actually but there's no guarantee that they'll win in every game, what I like them is that they would bounce back after every loss. Maybe they are a little tired as well because that was their first game after a long 7 games road games.

Next game, they'll be hosting the defending champion, this will be interesting on how they'll bounce back after losing from a team that is already at the bottom of standing. They loss to the worst team, now they are up against the best team.
