Yes, that was a great performance from the former MVP and the time it took him makes it even more impressive.

That's correct but we cannot be too confident since this is just a preseason game, making it a basis to determine the future of GSW this season is not accurate for me as in regular season is a different game anymore, its the normal game and when curry makes that performance again, I'm afraid the defense will be focus on him and as curry gets 2 defender, his production will reduce.

2. To give spotlight to new players and also to bench players since they need to showcase some of their skills to hype the crowd. This is why people are getting the idea on how the rookie could play the real basketball game.

But their minutes would be different in the real basketball game which is the regular season.
Preseason is more like an exhibition game and star players on any team will be given limited minutes to prevent from injury.

Look at Irving, he just played less than 2 minutes and yet he got injured.

Take it easy guys, those two are just showing off and there's nothing to be alarm for Lakers fans. They just trying to get a feel on the hard court and I'm sure they just enjoying every bit of it. Yes 20 minutes is way below their average on regular and play-off game.

Indication that they can blend and look at the chemistry of their team mates as well.

The Laker's only let the fans see the glimpse of LeBron and AD together inside the court, if you see how they've played with Rondo, Green and Howard. I don't think Brooklyn have a chance to win against them if this is not a preseason. The chemistry of Lakers showed how powerful they are going to coming this season.

Also hoping that is only mild and not a serious injury for Kyrie. This team needs him to lead while KD is not around yet.

I would be more amazed if they beat the Lakers in a regular season. With the limited minutes of LeBron and AD, it would not he the Lakers team that we want to see. Yes they can't risk their star players for just a pre-season game that's why we can only see much action from their bench players.

We are overreacting, this is just a preseason which weak teams gets better and good teams getting weaker.

Lost my bet on that game, i thought that AD and LBJ will show their strength even if that is just a pre-season game. Taking cautionary measures like limiting the playing time of star players in pre-season game deprive the fans of what they want to see but we also can't blame the coaching staff as we have seen lot of instances where players getting injured on exhibition games.
