It's just one 3 and was made for fun. They are in lead about 30+ points and just wasting time before the halftime so fans are requesting, even his teammates, for him to make a 3 point attempt and he did.

Clippers is an amazing team and they are definitely one of the biggest contenders of the season but lets not act like they are as good as Warriors few years ago when they basically swept the whole playoffs.

In today's NBA, height doesn't really matter for now and can't be taken as one of the team's disadvantage whether on both offense and defense.

Why Clippers should focus on something they are lacking rather than takes advantage of what they have. In terms of offense, they can limit their inside plays and focus instead on the outside shooting which is way more effective since there are lots of sharpshooters on the team. In terms of defense, they can do backup defense or something along those lines. These guys know how to play defense against any position.

Not a Clippers fan but surely they can cover up their holes.

I can't believe that Brooklyn could actually beat this powerhouse. Lakers with AD and LeBron is something that you could see powering on other teams yet they were beaten by a team without their real power(kyrie and durant). Damn, yet this is still preseason most teams are more likely to let other players play out the game rather than using their star or risking them on an injury. Even if it's just a preseason game, players could get injured.

Clippers is not as good as people make them out to be, they still have a glaring problem under the basket and any team that have a good center could feast on Clippers. Think about Sixers and embiid+simmons playing with their size inside, they could destroy Harrel and whoever they decide to play on PF position. I believe it was a bluff by china because they televised it anyways. While I was watching the lakers game all this was mentioned and was said they were broadcasting the rockets against the raptors game which already had an earlier start time then the la game.
I say it was bluff because knowing they would lose millions by not allowing media to show it since they were probably paid alot and were under contract to broadcast it or face fines by the nba. And you know money means more to china than human decency and morals. Roll Eyes

Any team in western conference would kill easterners in the NBA finals. With Durant out for Brooklyn, I cant think of any better team in the east that could evenly match the powerhouse teams in the west, base on the previous off-season performances. But, of course my views and opinions will change in the mid season, If there are improvements from both individuals and team.

Agreed. There are many casuals lurking here. Simmons alone becoming a three pointer is not an easy task to talk about. If only becoming three point shooter can be done in a single summer then we will have a nearly perfect player in Russell Westbrook.

Bucks will top the East. Philly is a strong second contender in the East. It is interesting if ever KD becomes 100% and can play in the playoffs. The Celtics are still there too and we will see if their young stars can play better without Irving.

Everything still an assumptions but we need to wait for the season to start before we can conclude if they will place to that position respectively.
In the other side, watching how Raptors played and defeated Houston is interesting, they still have that confidence even without Kawhai they are'playing
with big heart and dedication to compete. Still have the heart of the champs and still the same group playing the system as it is, team effort works well.

Just because he shot one three pointer makes him deadly? He still needs to practice more to include three pointers in his arsenal. Lonzo was the real bust and a trash (as trash as his shooting form lol). He made a lot of popularity and hype because of his father's sh*t talks.

NBA2k gave Zion 81 overall rating even without any NBA games yet, I know he'll rank more than that at the end of the 2020 Season. But, people keeps on talking about him being another biggest NBA bust. I dont think he is, pretty sure most of these people got disappointed after the pre-season game against the Chicago. And I dont want to hear another "pre-season" excuses. Chicago blew a huge lead lol.

Regular season is near. Tbh I am not that interested on betting regular games in the NBA. The most exciting part starts in the last 2 weeks of the regular season up to the finals. Where every single game is very important to win.

The odds are favoring the Clippers. But I think the Lakers are the real favorites. Lakers have the good players to support LBJ and AD. LBJ is gifted that many star players invited joined him.

I am not really a fan of star studded teams that aren't original. So i'll be cheering on Jokic's Denver Nuggets.
