Another loss by the cavaliers, now against the Denver Nuggets
This game is one of the high scoring game that they made and many are surely upset with what happened.

Cavaliers are a very unpredictable team. But I think with the absence of Price really did affect them in the last two games in which they have lost now back to back. Embarrassed
They are for every season if Price's absence does had an impact in your opinion. I guess we have to look out for the reason of their lose but the only thing that I'm thinking is that they are fighting against stronger teams and they need to play harder.
You can not really say that Price not being in the lineup isn't hurting their offence either. Undecided

He is a killer when it comes to shooting three-pointers and they really needed the offence to kick it up a notch as their losses where not by much and definitely not blow outs.
With those extra couple of points they could be having a hot winning streak as the Houston Rockets are having nailing their 15th win in a row last night. Cool
The rockets are playing and extraordinary game, they don't look unbeatable but their ability to be clutch in the game gives them the edge.
It's a good season now since the competition is really good, teams in the East and the West are all performing, shitty teams in the past are a threat now.

Of course, No team is unbeatable not even Rockets, but the good is that everything looks perfect now, the pieces are falling into its position that's why they are riding a winning streak today. Gone were the days that they usually choke at the end and eventually lost the game.

It has something to do with the team upper management. Those 'shitty" teams are performing because the management has made a lot of drastic moves to change their team, to be competitive. And they are now reaping the rewards.

We can really already see the difference towards their place among these two teams.I can see the flaw of weak defense of cavaliers into this game. They might able to catch close on scoring but the result is still the same since the lead cant really be equaled. Sad for the fans of Cavs since they do lost back to back. No matter what would be the reason we do already have the idea on the factors which do mainly affect them. Its normal for a team to play harder if they would like to beat other much better teams.

Yes mate, after adding cp3 this team really have the caliber to match up with GSW, the combination of harden and paul is really amazing while the other team members are playing well with their respective positions, the season might be good for the team but we all knew how the defending champions really eager to keep on top so its still a long way to go with all the teams which still competing for this year title.

Chris Paul and James Harden's combination is really good but in the early game vs. Boston Celtics let's give credits too for Eric Gordon as he was on hot hands pinning down 7 out of 13 from the three point area with a total of 29 points. Plus the clutch play by Trevor Ariza nailing down a three point shot and a layup.

I also watched the game live on TV and it was like watching a playoff series. The game was closed to the last seconds.

I agree. The game was very closed and the intensity was at the highest level, indeed it was like playoff already for the two teams. The defense that Houston has showed is like playoff intensity. One of the best  game so far this season.

If the Rockets will continue this showing coming to the playoffs, I think they will be evenly match against GSW specially with the addition of Chris Paul who really turn Houston into a 'real' contender this season as Kyrie does with Boston.

Another loss by the cavaliers, now against the Denver Nuggets, it was a game that is dominated by the Nuggets although somehow the
cavaliers were able to made a run to make it a close game, but in the end, their lack of defense made the Nuggets win this game.

It was a high scoring game but Nuggets are too much for them, hope they'll break this losing streak.

Even without KD, GSW could still win a championship. But It's still early to say for that, as we can see rockets is making a very good run this year not to mention that they are the #1 in power rankings. Also, If you watched their last meeting, Dubs are having a hard time to stop CP3 and Harden not to mention they'd beat GSW 2 times in their 3 meetings. This year is exciting especially in the western division, Let's see how will GSW handle this pressure.

The rockets used defense to kill the game against the Boston celtics.

The rockets had a lot of steals in the last few minutes of the game, which was a lot more than the Boston celtics.

The game is postseason defense! I think the rockets are also a contender for the championship!
I watched the game and it was back and fourth through out the whole fourth quarter.
You just didn't know who was going to win. It was like watching a boxing match between two heavyweight champs. throwing a punch and the other counterattacking. It was a really good game right up until the end of the game.
Even with 2.4 seconds left you still did not know if they were going to pull out a win.
Even the last throw of a three pointer by the Celtics looked like it was going to go in to tie up the game so to go into OT.
It was like watching a playoffs game.
The Rockets do come out on top to win their 15th straight win in the season.
Just amazing streak for Harden and his rockets team. Grin

And that is not James fault either. OK for sake of argument that can't make the playoffs this season, but I'm sure James will be back again more focus and the team already adjusted to one another.
He's body is only one and even there are fans that's considering him a one man team still there are too many teams that upgraded their roster and their performance are undeniable. But isn't it too early to say that they can't make it to the playoffs? They are on #3 in the rankings while their rival Golden State Warriors is on #2 so it's not that far.
~snip~
Bu in any case, if they did make it to the playoffs someone really needs to step up the and help him out. Its a team game and he needs his new team mates to do their part as well.
Whom do you think will be the most responsible to help him out? Cavs is still a good team with a good roster, they even changed their roster and add another good player, Jordan Clarkson. Let's just stay tune for their upcoming fight against Nuggets. I'm not going to be confident with this fight to say that Cavs will win but still, I want to see the result on live TV. I can wish them a good luck though.

Speaking of Clarkson, any comments on his throwing the ball on Dario Saric at the closing seconds of their game?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plb-2fwMNaE

Is this a bitch moved out of frustrations or should Saric should let the time expires and let it go because they already won the game?
I saw that during the dying few seconds of the game.
What was Clarkson thinking when he threw the ball right at his back. He got tossed from the court for doing this but did he get a fine as well?
That is definitely unsportsmen like conduct and expect him to be disciplined.

Cavs are in danger against 76ers.

28 seconds left and the score is 95-103 and of course in favor of Philadelphia. Sorry Cavs fanatics, we lost.

I just turned on the game and Elbid is getting mad at the end cause one of the Cavs player threw the ball at the back of that trouble maker on the 76ers I never seen that guy before but he looks like he got knocked in his head with the ball one too many times.
Bad to see Lebron and company losing on winning streak they have had in the past week. Even without JR Smith in this game cause of doing something during practice that pissed off the other team mates or coach.
Nobody knew what that was about but he was not on the court tonight and the announcers mentioned something about that before the second half started.

The cavaliers loss in the game and of course the cavaliers backers, they are starting to fall again which I'm afraid will cause another
problem if this will not be sorted out early. Lebron got 30 in the game but the Sixers are just too good enough tonight that they have a balance scoring.
No question about the sixers they've got a complete line up where the players really involved to their respected positions, the cavs might need to blend
more and I still believe that lebron still dedicated, the road to playoff still undefined for each respective teams from east to west, lets hope to see those
well deserved team to compete for this years title.

I don't know mate. I'm been hearing a lot saying that Cavaliers need so blend more. For me, too much expectations has been put on the new rosters and they are still trying to figure it out and its not be very easy for them. We also need to consider that Love is not on the floor, putting the burden on James to produce more while the new players are still figuring everything from defense to offense. Its just 1 and 1/2 months before the regular seasons end, and I don't think they will come on top of the East, but I'm sure that they will be in the playoffs. Let's see when Kevin Love comes back to the line-up at the end of the month, he's the number 2 scoring options so he will be truly missed.

Funny to think though that players that were booted out from the cavs' roster are playing pretty good in their respective teams. Kyrie has been phenomenal in boston. Isaiah thomas probably found his role as thr leader of a young lakers squad, dwyane wade seems to be showing the old flash. I don't know but that says a lot about the cavs organization.
They lost their last matchup but not by much. I heard it was due to J.R Smith having an altercation with one of the coaches just before the game.
I do think he could of made the difference and be able to add those missing points that made them lose.
Lebron was of course having a great game and scored alot of points and had a few steals.
They were simply not compatible in the team and one cannot deny that the Cavaliers have been very strong after the trade happened and they managed to even beat the Celtics and OKC Thunder with their new roster which was pretty impressive.
Being not compatible and the management for the Cavs just doing what LeBron tells them to do is a whole nother matter in itself. Undecided
I have a feeling he has a say who he wishes to play with and who he doesn't want to.
Just look at Dwayne Wade. He didn't want to play with him as I imagine their egos clashed and LeBron is the King in Cleveland as it is "The Land". Grin

Well, we all know who will the champs for this year. That will be the Golden State Warriors. I'm not a dubs fan but the way I saw them play, its perfect. Injury is their only enemy. If one those 4 superstars will be injured in the finals. Its a different story.I'll go with the Rockets or Cavs if that will happen. It will always be the cavs in the east btw.

With teams improving I don't think the Warriors has an easy chance to beat good team like the Rockets if KD will be injured.
Their defense were not that good that is why they have to rely on that offense, with KD's ability to be an all around player, surely they will
lack something big when he is not playing, he is the top scorer of the team right now if I'm not mistaken.

Get Around The Best Rookie NBA Prospects
POINT GUARD: D'angelo Russell (Los Angeles Lakers)

Despite much criticism of ball handling, Russell continues to show progress as a point guard and points winner for the Lakers.
SHOOTING GUAR: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (Brooklyn Nets)

In this position, almost all the names of the prospects do not shine. Only Hollis-Jefferson is able to consistently be a support point for the Nets.
Backup: Stanley Johnson (Detroit Pistons)
CENTER: Karl Anthony Towns (Minnesota Timberwolves)

It is not difficult to choose who fills this position. The 1st pick, Karl Anthony Towns, shows that he is a modern center with the same ability in both defense and offense.

Well Lebron already proven his greatness and with this new young guns with also a star caliber like hill, clarkson, and Nance Jr I can say that this new combo needs to really  blend together just hoping that Kevin Love will play with them much earlier to add some more veterans who can blend with lebron's game type, the cavs still hunting the playoffs and things will be different after the second round.
