Lonzo Ball played alright yesterday. It just seemed like he lost some confidence after his first horrible game. He has to know, no one cares about to summer league. Just a showdown.

On the other hand, I don't think Jeff Green can defend Durant. It wouldn't even matter. GSW is playing a different game right now and with Cavs's current system, they can't beat them.

The Cavs picked Jeff Green for a pretty cheap contract. I think he could be a good rotation player and most likely called upon to defend Durant and give Lebron a rest however the real meat in these news is that it implies there will be some upcoming trades involving current Cavaliers players. I would say the top candidate to be traded in the next days is Shumpert (we already knew he was in the trade block).

In my opinion this very much confirms there's a trade in the works for him and some big names could be actually involved in this case.

I think so that he is a good defender and probably he's final duty is to guard only Durant. But the game is not just always focused in Durant. Cavaliers is becoming stronger and they wanted to secure this next season. Shumpert is a good versatile player.

Yes. Jeff Green main role for the Cavaliers is to defend the opposing teams franchise player.(similar to Igoudala of GSW). it will definitely offload from Lebron's shoulder,  as we can see last Finals where he go one on one with Durant. Cavs are really building a good team to really match with GSW and other teams for that matter. And for Shumpert, he is still a good role player, but it will be no surprise if he is traded.

They are now building their team and they want to want sure that they can nail this seasons championship. They need to focus on both things defense and offense and I think Green will be overused for defense. And For Shumpert is like just a reserve player but still he has something to do and help for the Cavaliers.

Just saw this Hall kid who got signed by the Lakers. They are toting him as the next Steph Curry. And the father is even causing a stir about it.
They have their own reality show and whatever.
Man this guy is over hyped or what for next season?
He played last night in a exibition match or something in the summer league and he didn't do well at all for what they are going to be paying him to do next year. Saying he is going to turn the team around and whatever he is meant to do for the Lakers.
Seems like all hot air to me. After scoring 1 three pointer and not producing as everybody expected him to against the up and comers of the NBA next season.
Yeah, his dad even said that Lakers will reach Playoff because they have Lonzo Ball in team, lol.
Last night, on summer league against Clippers he was shooting 2-15 in game... He should have been called Air Ball, lol.
By me, much much better player is 3rd pick Jayson Tatum and he is already showing his potential.
Celtics did right thing when they drafted him Smiley

Lonzo seems all bluff to me. Basing from his performance up to now.
He seems overrated, others are expecting too much from that guy. Sometimes, underrated players are the one making a name on NBA and became succesful. Let's see what he got next season. If he is really great or just a hype.

Btw, another game finished right now. Jayson Tatum was again very good, making 27 points and 11 rebounds in win against Lakers 86:81. In losing team Lonzo Ball was not bad either. He had triple double (11p/11r/11a). Amazing Kyle Kuzma had 31 point with 9 rebounds.
They are showing great but the real battle is when the regular season starts, I have not spent time watching like pre-season, correct me if I'm wrong, are you talking about pre-season guys? I was not able to follow the complete schedule for NBA now due to busy schedule in real life but I will also put time when the regular season starts, you know it's where we can also bet.

Nice list you got there, do you have a link for confirmation about that news? Anyways, thanks for giving that list. It looks like we had a big changes but the most awaited teams we know it, the popular rivalry of Cavs and GSW is making their contracts higher and increasing more power.

The information was spread out in the basketball news and trackers. Hit Google search and you can confirmed there. My comments to some of the newly signed and waived;

-Blake Griffin didn't follow Chris Paul path and choose to received the max deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. Good or bad decision? Well for money it's good. He's still young after all and can still asked for waived.

-Steph Curry, it's not yet finalized but it's near to closed deal.

-Kyle Korver for another 3 years with the Cavaliers? LOL I thought some revamp will happen which involved this player as part of trading cards.

- Dirk Nowitzki, my idol didn't deserved this eventhough he is aging. But still happy since we, Mavs fan, can still watch his play for couple of season. Smiley

-Vince Carter now put period for the rumors of his transfer to Golden State Warriors. Looks like money is priority now then will target the ring next season lol.

I think for Blake Griffin's decision well it's not that bad. Maybe he wants to showcase himself, his talents that he got. @Steph Curry, I thought it's already a close deal to him and he deserves to have that contract. @Korver, Cavs need him to and I guess they need to give him some assignment inside the court.

Maybe not, just like what Kevin Durant did, getting close to the winning teams that has power to climb up to the finals will give you a better career.
It's time for him to have some finals again, he's been playing good but only few are recognizing him.

Celtics have agreed to trade Avery Bradley to the Pistons for Marcus Morris. Bradley is entering the final season of his contract and Boston needed to clear cap space to sign Gordon Hayward he  was their best defender but also the replacement to Isaiah when they needed defense. Hayward looked much better on defense because of gobert. Now he gonna have to work as twice on defense with that soft ass center they have so they lost a major player by getting a good one . Bradley  shoots much better, rebounds much better and is way better defensively. the benefactor of this move defiwould be Det Pistons.

Vince Carter in GSW? That's just a rumor. He has signed off $8 million one-year contract with the Kings.

That's why I said he put some period to the rumor.

There's a hot rumor right now revolving on New York Knicks. They were reportedly shopping Kristaps Porzingis before Phil Jackson departure. Hmm now what they are thinking. Waiting too for Melo's move.

Vince Carter does not need to chase a ring in order to show us that he is a deserving Future Hall of Famer. Unlike what stars do now in the NBA in which they would join a team in order for them to be called a champion. Right now Vince Carter's role with the kings is to be the veteran who can mentor the team's future. It would be good for both Buddy Hield and De'aaron Fox to learn some points in the league with Vince Carter.
